You will love this walk to everything location in Lincoln Park. You will be across the street from the best Chicago Pizza- Peaquods, and within one block to grocery shopping at Marianos, banking, movie theater, bookstores, restaurants and ample public transportation options. The condo is clean and comfortable and you will sleep great on new queen mattresses, work at a desk and have everything you need to cook a meal at home. One car outdoor secure parking is included with self check in and free Wi-fi. Monthly stays encouraged!
Pet fee of $250 will be paid direct post booking. City of Chicago registration # R22000089549

Graduation

Spent 4 nights around my nieces’ graduation. We had a wonderful time and the location is great. There were restaurants all around us and we even had time for massage (8 min walking away) and a hair cut (3 min. away). Near Whole Foods and much more. Would recommend highly.

Excellent location

Loved it! The place was perfect. Comfy bed. Nice towels. Huge kitchen area. She had frozen pizzas and ice cream in the freezer for us too. Super sweet. Ill be back!

Stylish condo in great location

Well maintained & clean condo with plenty of amenities and very roomy for heart of the city. Fun neighborhood with plenty of options within walking distance.

Great Location- Perfect for Work and Play!

We loved our stay here. Loved the accessibilty to highways, great food, super walkable and parking included was huge! The surrounding neighborhoods are vibrant and welcoming and we loved being able to get to the city fairly quickly. The place was very well stocked and both beds and pillows were comfortable. I would say be prepared to download a Roku remote on your phone if you like to watch TV and you need to be able to handle a "walk up" style unit with several stairs. We were there for work so had some lugging with client gifts etc - but it worked out- just something to be aware of. We also had a large SUV and the parking was a little tight but we also made that work! Just need a little patience with pulling in/out. All in all- great stay and would definitely stay again! Loved the manager checked in with us to make sure we were all good!
