This is a 1960s looking exterior home with a 21st century interior. They thought of everything, and if there is anything above and beyond, the owner is quick to respond, takes any request/ suggestion seriously, and acts upon it immediately. Lighting is amazing; inside and out… ample, and all having dimmers and/or motion detectors. The bathroom mirror even has lighting and a digital clock built into the glass. Modern appliances. TV’s and overhead fans in every room. Outlets galore; including USB. Looking out the kitchen window makes you think you are on lake view property, due to the realistic mural surrounding the back yard. Washer, dryer, BBQ, dishwasher, utility sink, all the kitchen utensils you might need for a long term stay, computer desk with printer, leather couch, ample clothes hangers, Hepa filters, nice hot water. Retirement community centers/golf/museum nearby, with shopping corridors and access to highways/freeways within short drive.
