Sun City Has 7 Recreation Centers offering: Fitness Centers, Swimming and Walking Pools, Wood And Metal Shops, Library, 2 Bowling Alleys, Pickle Ball, Bocce Ball, Lawn Bowling and more clubs than you can imagine. Bell Rec Center is only minutes away. The others are not much further. The guest fee per person per month allows access to the Rec Centers during your rental. This is an active friendly senior neighborhood. It is a perfect location for Spring Training Fans as well as those who enjoy Golf, Movies, Fine Dining and sightseeing. Quail, Hummingbirds and Jack Rabbits are plentiful.
Sun City is an Active Senior Age Restricted Community and One Person Must Be At Least 55 Years Of Age Staying at the Home At All Times. (HOA Rules).

On Site Parties or Group Events are Strictly Prohibited.
21 Day Minimum Stay is Required except for stays including March which require a 60 night stay. Preference is given for multiple month stays. 30 days or longer receive 4% off the daily rate.
