This property was perfect! It was spacious and bright. They had everything - and then some - needed for our stay! The area was quiet and family friendly. Excellent stay!

Beautiful condo with spectacular beach front views

The condo is very nice and well appointed. The view was spectacular. The beach was not as deep as some which we liked as we did not have to tote beach supplies a long way. We also liked that the condo was in a less busy area but anything you need is only a mile or two away. The Indian Shores Coffee house reopened the first week we were there and is highly recommended. If you want to eat at the Salt Rock Grill, make reservations at least three weeks in advance...well worth it. Most other restaurant options are about a mile in either direction.mmmmmmmm

Love our time at The Rose!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful facility that is pristinely maintained. The residents are friendly and lovely to talk to and everyone is so welcoming. Our only issues: The water system went out so we didn't have water for a few hours (right as we were making dinner reservations), the fire alarm went off (right in the middle of a conference call no less), and a chair broke from underneath my husband. Sounds aweful, but management made it work. We are already trying to book here for next year!

The Perfect Spot

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place ticks all the boxes when it comes to location. You are off the beaten track but close enough to everything. The proximity to the beach was a hop skip and a jump. Beautiful grounds, very well maintained, and peaceful. I have never stayed this close to the beach it was fantastic especially seeing all the beautiful sunset. Very spacious unit, felt like I was at home. Very nicely decorated and up to date with the newest appliances and a handy wine refrigerator. All in all a fabulous Condo all around and I would highly recommend it to any family, the perfect spot.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We found a beautiful location and the condo was view and setup was one of the best we've had on the beach. We did have construction/painting on the patio that was very disruptive to our stay. The rental agency was not clear about how we would be affected and we ended up depending on permanent residents and the owner to keep us updated on progress and our ability to use the patio. Check in and out was easy. Pool was delightful, heated. So many options for eating...the best little joint is Dockside Dave's' where the scallops are the best around.

Rose 402 - Spectacular Gulf Front Views and Sunsets

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at the Rose 402 for 4 weeks. It has amazing Gulf Front views, and the nightly sunsets were spectacular. Overall, we had a very positive experience. The condo was well cleaned upon our arrival. The unit layout and furniture were as portrayed in the website pictures. I would suggest a few upgrades to make stays for future renters better: Add a Wi-Fi extender or mesh-network as the WiFi signal was spotty to non-existent in the Master Bedroom & on the Deck. Replace existing Living Room TV with a truly SmartTV so that people can stream Netflix/Prime. Replace Deck chairs as they are worn. Add some more kitchen cereal bowls, serving bowls, a sharp knife and a toaster oven would be great.The Florida Lifestyle people were very helpful in accommodating our requests.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Could have been better!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at the Rose condo in Indian Shores. We arrived a lot later than we expected due to traffic. When we arrived at our condo it was 2:00am and all 7 of us all wanted showers after traveling for 15 hours! When we got into the condo the second bathroom was filthy! It had so much mold and mildew that nobody would take a shower .. all 7 had to take turns taking one in the other shower. Then we opened a door thinking that it was a closet and it had the air filter in it .. it was disgusting! We had to take the vacuum cleaner which didn’t hardly work and try to get as much dirt from it as we could . The condo needs a good deep cleaning !! We notified our booking agent and they said they could reimburse us for the cleaning items we used to clean the bathroom the next day . Which took over an hour to clean . Was very disappointed!

Beautiful Beachfront Luxury Condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo is very nice located on the Gulf of Mexico. Easy access to the beach. Beautiful beach view from the Condo Lanai. Upon arrival there was a problem with the air conditioner, the management company sent out a service person to resolve the issue. The owner of the Condo, Joe, phoned me to provide his concern and verify the issue was resolved. I was very grateful that Joe reached out to me. The cleaning service could have done a better job, I vacuumed the floors and steamed cleaned them, the guest bath and kitchen floors were dirty (my own steam cleaner). Since my granddaughter was with us and crawling on the floors I wanted to be sure the floors were clean. The guest bath shower head has black mildew on it. With Covid 19, I’m not sure the cleaning service did a thorough job. WiFi signal is poor. I would recommend this Condo primarily because it is beautiful and the owner, Joe, was accessible if needed. The cleaning issues can be easily resolved. My reason for pointing out the cleaning issue is to allow the owner to be sure his investment in this property is maintained.

Two years ago we bought umbrellas, because we didn‘t know, that down on the first floor is a closet with umbrellas, chairs, etc. Before I called the agency this year, we bought another two umbrellas and 1 beach chair. The umbrellas we gave to the people in 403. What it really need are new cooking pans for meat. Anything else is o.k.

Had an issue with one of the storm shutters that was quickly taken care of by Fla. Lifestyles. The master bedroom/bath/shower are outstanding! Pool area is quiet, clean and beautiful.
