To start off Starlyn is an amazing host. She is very responsive to questions and is touching base throughout our stay. She gave us recommendations for restaurants, tours, and things to do with our toddler. The view from this condo is stunning!!! We were right on the water. Typically there is direct beach access but during our stay the beach nourishment project was happening; it was kind of cool to watch as it only happens about every 10 years, but we had to find different entry points. The property owner was told it would start in October so she tried to block off that time but guess they were ahead of schedule. I don’t hold her accountable for any of this and don’t expect anyone else to be affected. It didn’t affect our fun! There is also a pool right on property which is super nice. The property is also nicely stocked for toddlers and kids!!! Our daughter loved the bunk beds!! Another thing we loved is really everything but food is included! The property is fully stocked! Just move in and enjoy!! The location is great. It’s a quiet area, and in the middle of 2 bigger cities so it’s a short drive to big attractions. We can’t wait to go back!! Thank you Starlyn!

Simply the best

There’s so much to say. This condo had plenty of room for our family of 4 with twin 17 year old girls. It’s in a quiet area with mostly smaller complexes surrounding it but a short drive north or south puts you in the hustle and bustle of Clearwater or Madeira Beach/John’s Pass/ Treasure Island. Everything you need for a day at the beach is in the closet. The balcony looks out over the gulf where you can often sea dolphins and manatees swimming up and down the coast. The beach is never crowded. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. There is also a guitar and banjo available if you play! As great as the condo is, I think the thing that made our trip so amazing was the personal attention from Starlyn. The family in the condo prior to us left very early in the morning to go to Orlando for wave 4 of volleyball nationals. Starlyn knew we were driving to Indian Shores from Orlando after our daughter played in wave 3. She had her housekeeper rearrange her schedule and get the condo ready for us early, knowing we had to be out of our Orlando condo early. We were able to leave Orlando and go straight to the condo instead of waiting until the typical 3 or 4 pm. We were checked in and on the beach by 1:00. Starlyn checked in with me throughout our stay to make sure we didn’t need anything and offer suggestions for things to do, places to eat, etc. I would not hesitate to stay here again. I’m already looking forward to it!

Amazing experience!

We have stayed up and down the coast over the last 25 years, and this is our favorite! Felt like a private beach near food, supplies and shopping. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, balcony with seating for eight and plenty of beach supplies, including chairs, umbrellas and cabana. Large library of books and movies, board games and craft supplies. Our host checked on us often and was so gracious. Wonderful!

LIVE ON THE BEACH. Gulf Beach Front - Spectacular views.

The condo was above and beyond our expectations!! A PERFECT 10!! It was very clean, spotless, and well organized. The condo was very well stocked with everything needed for the beach, chairs, beach towels, coolers and many beach toys, etc. The kitchen had everything you could possibly think of. All appliances topnotch. The living room furniture was extremely comfortable and I loved the condo decorations. Entertainment----TVs in living room and every bedroom,. many DVDs and books. The condo owners were always accessible for any questions and the perfect hosts. We would love to stay there again!!

First time to Florida? This is the place to book!

When deciding where to book our family's first visit to Florida, there were a lot of places near Tampa to choose from. Thankfully we hit the jackpot with this one! We LOVED everything about stay! The location couldn't be closer to the perfect beach with so many shells. We appreciated the cleanliness and thoughtful details. It is evident this is a special place to the hosts and their family. The condo was stocked with everything for the beach: toys, umbrellas, chairs, a picnic size ice chest, and a variety of kid's life jackets. A bonus was the warm pool if the beach got a little windy.

Perfect week at the beach

We had such a lovely stay in Indian Shores! This place was awesome and very large for our 5 person family. Great kids room with bunks! Right on the beach in a perfectly quiet spot. We will definitely be returning here!

Perfect location and fantastic owners

If you are looking for a quiet, uncrowded beach, look no further. Even on a holiday weekend, the stretch of beach in front of his condo was not the least but crowded. The pictures on the balcony of the breathtaking views do not give it justice. I have stayed in many rentals, and Starlyn is absolutely the best owner I have ever interacted with.

Great Vacation!

Our stay at the condo was wonderful. We were so surprised and delighted with all the amenities that Starlyn provided from kids books and toys to any cooking needs to beach chairs! Starlyn was very helpful suggesting places to visit and all we really had to do was arrive and start vacationing!

Shore House

This is one of the best places we have ever stayed. We had everything we needed in the condo. Beautiful sunsets and an easy walk to the beach. Plenty of shade by the pool. The Salt Rock Grill was excellent! Starlyn went out of her way to accommodate us. We hope to return next year!

Family at the beach

First of all the property owners were amazing to us. We arrived several hours early because of various transportation issues and they went out of their way to make us comfortable at the pool while the room was being cleaned. With a 3,5 and 8 year old with us that made a lot of difference. The property itself is very clean and had everything we needed. The couple of times we did have questions the owners responded almost immediately. They even ordered a blender for the property when they found out we wanted to use one. The pool was great and the other guests we met were very friendly. The pool area is stocked with all kinds of pool and beach toys that the kid used. We ended leaving many of the things we brought with us in the car.. The view from the balcony and Master bedroom was amazing especially the sunsets. The beach which is basically out the back door was lovely. There is a really nice nature area right across the street with a boardwalk thru a mangrove area. Its not long maybe 1/4 mile one way but the kids really like it. Overall we had a great time and wouldnt hesitate to recommend this property to anyone.

The best owners ever!

We have rented over a dozen units in the area over the years. This unit is in a class by itself. Not crowded, friendly neighbors, well equipped with pool toys, beach chairs, etc. Very generous soaps, cleaning agents, laundry soaps, towels. Two parking spaces. Everything works. Comfortable beds, equipped kitchen. Good Gulf view on a quiet part of the beach. The owners are first class. Almost daily check-in to make certain that all is going well. It is obvious that the owners live in the unit when not rented as it is well cared for and not beat-up like the usual beach rental. It is a cozy, well maintained, clean rental that is hard to beat.

Home away from home

By far one of the best stays yet. Beautiful sunsets right off the balcony. And everything that you could think of was there .an the owner was the best person id ever delt with.an was just a call or text away .theres only 10 units there which was so quiet an privet having its on pool.will definitely try to get back.
