Palmetto Cottage is a bright and cheery beach cottage in the heart of Seagrove Beach. Centrally located, but in a quiet area near Eastern Lake, this home offers plenty of space for up to 5 guests and it's pet friendly too. The main open concept area makes family time effortless. And the location puts you central to shopping and dining in Seagrove as well as minutes from all of South Walton's unique beach communities.

Enjoy gathering indoors or spend some time on the screened-in porch (or the covered deck out back!). The kitchen has plenty of counter space for preparing meals and beach snacks. Dine indoors or al fresco!

If you want to dip your toes in the sand, you're just a 2-minute walk to the beach access at Eastern Lake.

Sleeping Arrangements - Sleeps 5:
Bedroom 1: King bed, TV. Shared hallway bathroom with tub/shower combo.

Beach Access:
Head down south on Williams St to Eastern Lake Road. Turn left (east) and this road will end at your beach access at Eastern Lake. For an easier access without the Eastern Lake outfall, you can also walk further down Eastern Lake Road to Ramsgate Beach Access.

Seagrove Beach:
Named for the thick grove of oak trees lining its coastline, Seagrove Beach is located in the heart of 30A. The coastal villages of Seaside, Grayton, and WaterColor lie within a mile or two to the West, while Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, and WaterSound lie a few miles East. There's no better spot to experience everything 30A has to offer!

An initial starter kit of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.
