Stunning Oceanfront Villa!

The property is exactly as listed. The view was incredible and the location was perfect. We easily fit our family of four including two teens. The kitchen had everything we needed. Communication and check-in/out was smooth. We will absolutely return!

Amazing Trip!

We had a wonderful stay in Hilton Head celebrating our anniversary. The condo was exactly as described. We were in the perfect location, the view was beyond expected, the accommodations were clean and comfortable. We had a few days of heavy rain so being able to spread out and not be cramped in a hotel room was a blessing. The whole process of checking in, finding the unit, communication, checking out was seamless. We would definitely stay here again.Thank you for opening your home to us and other visitors to Hilton Head.

Comfortable 4th floor Condo

Everything was clean, comfortable, and in good working order. Well stocked kitchen. Generous amount of starter supplies. Great beach location and views. Walk to beach on walkways was very comfortable. Condo deck furniture was perfect for breakfast outdoors every day of our stay. We reported a problem with a washer on our floor and two maintenance guys showed up in less than 10 minutes to fix it.

Great place

Very nice place for the money. The view was great from the 4th floor. Condo was very comfortable - access to the beach/pool was nice. Kind of odd that you have to physically check in at an office - should be remote like every other rental is these days. Elevator is pretty slow too but no big deal. Great place overall, good value as well.

Owner was super responsive with any questions as was Vacation Time. Would highly recommend and will be back.

Ocean View condo

Lovely ocean front condo in the perfect location. We loved waking up in the morning with our coffee and enjoying the ocean view and watching the afternoon rain storms. The condo had all the amenities you need. Short walk to downtown Coligny. Tons of great restaurants and shops nearby. Favorite restaurants were Sage Room, Bowdies Chophouse, One Hot Mammas and Nectar. Thank you again, we appreciated your condo so much.

Fantastic Family Vacation

We had the best stay here with family! The views, beach access, and pool were all excellent. We saw dolphins many days! The lifeguards saw sharks and jellyfish a few days which prevented swimming, but overall a great time on the beach. The elevator stopped working Sunday which made it very difficult for family members to get up and down from the condo on the 4th floor. Luckily it was fixed the next day.

Ocean Dunes 409

The place was clean, well stocked with basics, and in a great location. Pictures on line lead us to believe the pool next door was the pool for the property and it is not. Description also said we could dine at the poolside bar next door but sign says it’s for their guests only. Overall though a nice stay.

We are sorry you couldn't dine. We have not been made aware of any change. It could be that they were restricting it because of the virus and social distancing.

Great location!

We stayed here over the Memorial Day holiday. We were never given check-in instructions, so we showed up at the gate without a code. Had to call the property management and turns out you had to check-in across the street! Never was given information regarding this - checked the VRBO app and emails again, and no check-in information. After we checked in, we found lots of glass on the floor of the master bedroom. My husband picked up all of the glass and I let the property management know of the issue - they offered to come have someone clean it up, but we had already done so. Overall it was a great stay - amazing location, perfect views from the 4th floor. Plenty of room for my husband and I and our two kids (11 and 14).

This year we saw some of the most beautiful sunrises ever. The view is perfect for that. This unit is very cozy and comfortable which leads to instant relaxation. I am told by the owners that there will be some redecorating this fall and winter. That is one of the things we like about 409. The owners care very much about maintaining this villa. They pay attention to any problems that need to be addressed. Looking forward to next October.

The owners do everything possible to ensure your ability to leave your cares back home and begin to unwind. There is nothing better than to have your coffee on the balcony and watch sunrise.. if you’re lucky you may also catch a full moonrise as we have the many years we have stayed in this unit. We have tried other units but this one beats them all. The unit has everything you need to cook in if desired. The color scheme is another factor in relaxing. Soft colors the blend well with the ocean and sand. The leather recliner is ideal for a bit of a nap.

When I come to HHI I try to get a unit on the highest floor. 409 was perfect. I was able to relax on the balcony and watch the beach, ocean and all the activity taking place. At night the Full Moon and the offshore lightning were spectacular. Such a relaxing week for me. Hope to return next year.

Each year the place is fully stocked with cleaning supplies and starter supplies of laundry detergent as well as dishwashing detergent. Bug service happens not only once a month as other units do but twice to ensure no bug issues. You won’t find a better equipped or furnished unit in Ocean Dunes. I highly recommend this place for your visit.

Our Retreat From Life

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: As usual our stay in unit 409 was relaxing, refreshing and appreciated. Everything was in tip top shape and clean. Nancy and Bill go out of their way to make sure this unit is kept in good order. The new TV’s were an added bonus. The new coffee maker was very easy to use. We are now looking around to find one for our home. We look forward every year to going to 409 and getting away from it all. When you enter this unit it says “time to relax” and that’s just what we did. My favorite was sitting on the balcony with my coffee and watching the sunrise. Every morning was different. We watched two full moons which was awesome. Can’t wait till next year.😊
