Welcome to 2219 Villamare, a comfortable two-bedroom, two-bath villa located in the oceanfront Villamare community within Palmetto Dunes Resort. With peeks of the Atlantic Ocean, two private balconies, and easy beach access, this villa is the perfect home base for your Hilton Head Island vacation.

Upon arrival, you'll enjoy covered parking and elevator access to the villa. Inside, the foyer leads to the guest bedroom, which features two queen beds, a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, a flat-screen TV, and a private balcony overlooking the community grounds with views toward the ocean.

The open living area offers plenty of space to relax after a day at the beach. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals during your stay, and a washer and dryer are provided for your convenience.

The living room features a 50-inch flat-screen TV, comfortable seating, and access to a second private balcony where you can enjoy the island breeze.

The primary bedroom includes a king bed, flat-screen TV, private balcony access, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

***Please Note: 2026/2027 Property Improvements***

The property and surrounding community will have some improvement projects taking place during the winter months.

• Building 2 Exterior Staircase Repair: Repairs to the exterior staircase closest to the Health Club are expected to begin November 1 and continue through February 2027. Work will include sandblasting and welding, which may create loud noise during working hours. The work area will be marked and restricted for safety, and guests should avoid parking in the immediate area during construction.

• Phase II Paver Project: Paver replacement work is expected to begin in November or December and continue through early January. The sidewalk between Building 2 and the Health Club will be temporarily closed while work is underway, with alternate pedestrian routes available. We appreciate your understanding as these improvements are made to the property and community.

- Decals must be properly affixed and passes visible at all times. Vehicles without a displayed pass or decal may be cited.
- Parking on roadways or in yards is not permitted.
- Motorcycles are prohibited.
- Cyclists and pedestrians shall use leisure paths where available. Automobiles have the right of way.
- Electric boats belonging to property owners are permitted on lakes and lagoons. Gas engines are prohibited.
- No swimming in lakes or lagoons.
- Loud music or excessive noise is not tolerated at any time.
- Alligators are VERY dangerous. . State law prohibits any person from feeding, enticing, or harassing alligators.
- Do not feed wildlife of any kind in Palmetto Dunes.
- Absolutely NO hunting or shooting!
- Absolutely no fireworks!
- Towels and swimwear may NOT be hung on porch railings.
- Trash cans must remain in the service yard for pickup. Do NOT bring them to the street.
