Great place overlooking the bay

The place was clean, nicely furnished and all appliances in good order. Easy to spend hours on the balcony looking out over the bay. Close enough to downtown that there is plenty to enjoy within an easy walk.

Great location!

Came to Traverse City to enjoy time with friends and the local wine scene. What a great time we had. I would highly recommend this location for all events. Will definitely be back!

Very comfortable with beautiful views

We had 3 of us stay in this very comfortable, modern condo. Both bedrooms offered plenty of room and storage and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was modern and offered all we needed for our weekend stay. We would love to stay during the summer to enjoy the outdoor veranda - maybe next year.

Great location, beautiful view

We stayed here as a family and it was great. Very clean, had everything we needed, lots of space, literally the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on and a beautiful view. The only negative was, we asked for an early check-in and there was a $40 fee which I thought was a bit ridiculous considering the price of the unit. No one stayed there the night before so I'm not sure what the fee was for.

Beautiful property with a beautiful view. We had a great time! The only thing we found challenging was parking a larger vehicle in the garage when there were other cars in the lot. But we figured it out. Definitely recommend!

Brand new penthouse with fabulous view

My family stayed 4 nights in the three-bedroom penthouse overlooking West Bay and it was perfect for us. The view of the water from the unit and from the private patio is just stunning. Check-in was easy, and I appreciated that they sent instructions in advance, so I didn't need to worry as we were flying from the west coast and arriving very late. We very much appreciated having the garage for our rental car. The beds were comfortable, and the linens were fresh and clean. The management company was responsive. The location is great for access to downtown and the trail around the water. We come often and will stay again.

The location was great, right across the street from Lake Michigan and easy walk to downtown. The only major downfall was the construction on the road. The pounding shook the entire building one day with a lot of diesel fumes, making us nauseous. For the last week of our stay we could not safely get across the road to the lake because the road was torn up and construction crews working. We paid for the location so this was very disappointing.
