This professionally designed 11th-floor condo offers a stylish and comfortable retreat, complete with stunning floor-to-ceiling windows that showcase the beauty of the coast. From your private balcony, take in the mesmerizing Gulf views, the serene Lazy River Swimming Pool, and even a stunning sunset to end your day.

Inside, the spacious living area is thoughtfully furnished with cozy seating and a queen-sized sleeper sofa for additional guests. The master bedroom features a comfortable king bed, a private bathroom, and nightstands equipped with built-in USB ports for added convenience. The bunk area, now featuring a sliding barn door for extra privacy, includes full-over-full bunk beds and its own private full bathroom with a shower cabin. Each room in the unit is equipped with a TV, ensuring entertainment for everyone.

The fully equipped kitchen has been updated with sleek stainless steel appliances, making it easy to prepare meals and snacks for your beach adventures. A unique feature of this condo is the fireplace installed on the TV stand, creating a cozy ambiance that snowbirds will especially appreciate. The stand also includes an additional fan for extra comfort.

Guests will enjoy the convenience of an assigned parking spot located on the same floor, complete with a complimentary pass from Benchmark.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Was Great except for work being done at our balcony and not being able to get to the lobby without walking a long time to get around. I can come back when you complete your work.

Continual Harrasment at the Pool / Hot Tub

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: All guests have never been harassed as much as at this property. Everyone was continually complaining to the pool security from the moment the pool opened until it closed. Even if you followed the posted rules, the security would make up rules that weren't on the posted signs. One night, they tried shutting down the hot tub early and not because we were all following the rules but because we were pointing out that they were trying to enforce rules that were against the posted rules at the hot tub. I do not recommend this property until they change security companies. Totally riduculous.

HORRIBLE

The condo was dirty, all the dishes were dirty, the dryer was broken which I reported in the first day and no one ever fixed it. We only had 3 towels for 6 guest, no one could help me get more they said to go buy some at the store. When there is any issue no one would help, I kept getting sent to the answering service and they could offer no help. The condo is out of date, the microwave is taped together. The building is huge so that means a lot of people there and only two working elevators The staff was not friendly and the parking garage is confusing as to where to park , I only learned bc another person staying helped. They will tow your car if you are not parked in a yellow spot but they do not tell you that ! The pool is very nice and the location is great !

On the other hand; we do apologize for letting you down in the area of cleanliness; we also thank you for quickly reporting any issues you were experiencing as this allowed us to fix what we could at the time. Please note that in regards to towels, we only supply the amount that the unit sleeps; however if we should happen to find extras then we can make an exception to deliver more. Please note however that guests are informed of the number of towels given prior to arrival. This information can be found in the guest guidebook sent prior to arrival. In regards to being sent to answering service, after making the necessary checks we found that you were contacting us after our office closed; as such you would only get through to our after hours answering service. We did however follow-up with you when we re-opened. We are also pleased to inform you that there is no longer an issue with the dryer. We have also reached out to the relevant team regarding the microwave. Please note that Benchmark is not in charge of the elevators. This is handled by the resort itself; as such we have passed your comments along to them. Due to this being handled by a third party; we have no control over the work schedule. Your comments regarding the staff at the resort have also been taken into account; We certainly appreciate it and take all these comments seriously as we want to be accurately represented on all fronts! Thanks again for choosing to stay with us! We truly hope that with the afore mentioned issues being fixed that we can welcome you for a better vacation experience with us! Fantastic view, but beware, broken dryer and old decor

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've stayed at the Shores of Panama numerous times. We know what to expect from these condos. This one was in a superb location, but the interior of the condo was in great disrepair and sadly needed a lot of attention. The dryer belt was broken so the dryer never worked. Very difficult to deal with at the beach with a lot of humidity and everything wet. The rubber lining of the fridge was falling off, the bathroom doors were peeling, the couch is incredible old, the pull out mattress is stained and hard, the stickers on the wall for decoration are peeling, the pots and pans are rusted and gross. It was rough and sad. It wouldn't take much to revive this incredible unit that has the best views and easy access to the back elevator. I highly recommend the owner make these changes and show new photos.

Great location but.....

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very dissatisfied with my experience. Booked with that stated free parking but failed to mention Benchmark requirements of $90 for the wrist bands, parking lot, and access to pool area ( and finally the staff charged us $85). No staff at check in counter but contacted only by phone (or email) which just leave the message. My room would not lock and took someone the next day to contact me after I finally sent my email from the first day. No visit was made, just someone talking, saying try this or try that ( you must listen carefully after you turn the lock door knob again and again until you hear the very low low noice... wissshh. We were able to finally lock from inside the room but could not secure the lock from outside and that was unacceptable. We had to carry our important belongings at all times while being outside the room. A map of the parking lot building with room assignments would be nice but eventually parked in yellow displayed slots after calling back to the staff who provided us the wristbands for help. Left side of the building is a restaurant which seems ok but bunch of motorcycles and its noisy could make you unable to rest well. The pools are great with staff’s taking care of very well. If they can solve problems of the lock door and parking lot advised everything will be better.

Overall, great experience! Clean room, the host was very helpful. The beach view was sensational and we enjoyed the pool area as well. The staff was very kind and very helpful as well.

Everything was good! Wasn’t crowded at all! Pool had plenty of space to play and not accidentally bump into someone. Beach view was amazing! Location was good!
