Casa Colonial is a vacation rental resort located in the heart of San Miguel, Cozumel. It consists of four villas surrounded by a privacy wall and an extra-large and lush tropical garden that surrounds the pool and Jacuzzi.

Upon entering our large privacy gates, the immediate reaction our guests have is WOW! The vibrant colors & Mexican Colonial architecture immerse guests in the look and feel of "Old Colonial Mexico."

This VRBO listing is for Villa Zapote (Villa #3). It will sleep 4 comfortably (max. 5). For special sleeping arrangements we also have new portable beds. If you require more than 1 Villa let us know and we will send you VRBO reservation requests for the number of Villas you will need.

We are from Miami. Bob is an avid fisherman and SCUBA diver, and I am a gardener at heart and LOVE my exotic Casa Colonial garden, and the herd of land turtles that roam the garden are actually my pampered pets!

Casa Colonial is located in the heart of San Miguel, the Central zone, with a neighborhood grocery store just down the street; its proximity to Avenida 30th makes walking to some of the most popular local restaurants & taquerias (like the all U can eat Mexican Sunday brunch) & shops easy and fun for guests! In contrast with the "all-inclusive hotel zone," those guests miss the flavor of the Island and its warm Mayan people, delicious and diverse local cuisine, fresh fruit vendors and the feel they are truly vacationing in Mexico! For these reasons and many more, we chose to build our hotel here!

Casa Colonial Cozumel is a true one-of-a kind hotel located in the heart of San Miguel. It enchants guests with its old-world style. The property features an oversized heated pool nestled in the middle of an exotic garden filled with orchids and unusual plants and a variety of fruit trees. A small herd of tame land turtles roam freely in the garden adding to its sanctuary feel. The property boasts a BBQ area, thatch palapa patio, dive rinse tank/rack/fresh-water shower for our SCUBA guests, and a newly built artsy pavilion for friends and family to eat and enjoy fiestas together. A commercial Ruckus repeater and fiber optics, ensure a good WIFI signal throughout the property too.
