Distrito Centro is under new ownership but our main goal to maintain its excellent reputation. This is a 1100 square foot, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit, on the 4th floor of a 7-floor condominium building. The 7th floor is reserved for your pleasure… an infinity pool, hot tub, and entertainment area with amazing views of the ocean and island. The first floor provides a gym which I believe is rarely used.
The building is centrally located in San Miguel, steps away from restaurants and bars, only 300m to the ferry and 200m to the main square. The airport is a short 7 minute taxi ride.
The unit is relatively new (built in 2023) and has a ramp to enter the building and an elevator to access the above floors. There are no steps to navigate inside the condo - however a few steps to access the rooftop pool. There is a receptionist during the day and a watchman at night.
Your Living Space:
Modern furnishings, a completely equipped kitchen, TV’s in each bedroom and in the living room make this unit like a home. Our excellent property manager makes sure that is everything is functioning properly, it is well stocked, and even adds little details like bathrobes and beach towels - all there to make your stay nice and comfortable. There is even a gas BBQ grill on the terrace.
For your convenience there is a smart lock on the front door, a safety deposit box for peace of mind, and a Sonos sound system to relax to your favorite tunes.
Should you need to work - there is a desk in the living room and tables on the balcony. Free WiFi is fast so no issues with streaming or video calls.

I am truly a people person, love to play tennis, pickle ball, golf, and bridge. Lucky for me, the island hosts a really nice NEW pickle ball facility less than 1 mile away from our building.

This building is in the heart of San Miguel, steps from restaurants and shops. For the US citizens who still want a taste of home, a new restaurant opened across the street specializing in burgers, pizzas and shakes!
Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial
The location of this unit is wonderful. As stated earlier, food and drink are steps away. The views from the balcony include the port, sea and on clear days you can even see Playa Del Carmen. The ferry (only a 300m walk) will take you to Playa Del Carmen or Cancun. You can even take your car on the ferry.
