Great house!

This house was wonderful for several adults. The two spacious living areas, in addition to the large patio, offered privacy and places to relax away from a large group. The pool was well kept and refreshing. The house was located centrally to restaurants, retail establishments, and close to beaches/inlets/bays.

Host tried to help with what she could but hot tub was disgusting and did not work most the time we were there then heated pool did not work other than 2 Days of our 5-day stay cleaners could have been a lot better four full cans of trash when we got there and beer bottles left outside at pool overall still a nice house just disappointed didn't get to enjoy all the amenities for what we paid

We're sorry for your experience with our property. The pool company did clean 3 times during your stay, with one of those times being extra to make sure the property was cleaned for you. The pool was heated to a warm 85 upon arrival; not sure how much warmer you wanted it to be. There are 6 trash cans for your use. There was a guest prior to your visit and garbage didn't come til during your stay. There was an empty can for you during your stay. Trash was taken to the curb on garbage day.

Trash was left in house and pool was dirty. The owner did respond in a timely manner and send out the house cleaner with a gift card and the pool guy the next day. Stay was fine other than that.

One trash bag was left by the front door. The cleaner forgot to grab it on the way out. The pool was fine 2 days prior to you arriving. As soon as I was notified, I contacted the pool company to take care of it. With the change in weather and the pool not being used on a consistent basis, it sometimes will turn green and need a shock. There's nothing I can do about that. A gift card was sent to you for the inconvenience

The house was BEAUTIFUL, clean! Just some suggestions. The yard needs to be cleaned up. The patio should be power washed. We had to where shoes constantly or our feet were black. You need knowledge about how to run the pool. Also, more hand towels for dishes. We couldn't sit by the fire pit. The yard was too dirty. Also knowledge about the hot tub. It needs filters. you would have had all 5 stars if it wasn't for the yard.

You originally left me a 4 star until I made a damages claim with VRBO. You spilled wine and used my white towels to clean it up. When asked about it, you claim you had no knowledge and threatened to leave me a bad review if I didn't rescind my claim From the review you left, you obviously enjoyed your stay until you received the cleaning bill

Beautiful house BUT

No problem checking in. The house is beautiful but I think they need a new house keeper.Not very clean. The oven was very dirty. We rented this house because it said it could sleep 9. 3 bedroom with beds for 6. Two living rooms with couch’s. Only one was a hide bed. No extra bed lines for them. After trying to message the owner several times to get more linens I Had to ask the next door neighbors if they had a number for the owner and she said someone would drop them off by the front door. We also rented this house because they said the pool was heated but it wasn’t and it was cold. The spa was a joke. It was a blowup one and the water was nasty. The deck around the pool was terrible moldy nasty. My husband spent a couple hours cleaning up the deck because we had children and our grandchildren that would be running around in it. When we got there, we asked the owner about a grill all that was there with a charcoal grill and it was nasty and terrible. Did not plan on going to buy charcoal while on vacation. I could go on and on. But overall, the house itself was nice, but the owner needs to put a little bit of time and money into it. And get a new house keeper.Would not let me put on the rest of the pictures.

We're sorry you didn't enjoy your stay. As for the hot tub, the pictures clearly show it's a blow up. The pool is heated and it was at 85 when you inquired about it. There were extra linens in the ottoman that you were told about. I'm sorry the grill was not gas. I can try and update the listing to state it was a charcoal grill. I will also speak with the cleaner regarding the quality of the cleaning.
