This newly constructed Craftsman Cumberland is a great place for the whole family, couples, or small groups to come relax and have fun. 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, extra pull out couch in living room so everyone can have their own space. The master bedroom has its own private bathroom, while the other 2 queen bedrooms share a full bath. Laundry room leads to 10x12 covered Patio and the beautiful fenced-in backyard!
