Located in a quiet, gated community with paved roads leading to your home, you will enjoy serenity and security. Take a morning walk through the neighborhood to discover views of Grandfather Mtn., Brushy Mountain, the Blue Ridge Mountains, and Kerr Scott Reservoir.

The main floor includes a primary bedroom with king bed, HDTV, en-suite bathroom, fully stocked kitchen, Keurig K-cup/drip coffee maker, half bath, laundry closet, dining area, and living room with large HDTV. There is a large deck that wraps around three sides of the home, providing space to enjoy the views and conversation.

Upstairs includes a large primary bedroom with king bed, HDTV, private balcony, en-suite bathroom, large walk-in closet containing a crib w/mattress and organic sheets.

Downstairs includes a bedroom with king bed, full bathroom in hallway, living area with queen sleeper sofa, large HDTV, full bar, board games, and a hot tub on porch.

Guest Access
Guests will have access to the entire home except for a downstairs owner’s closet and two cabinets in the laundry room. There are paved roads in the community leading to your gravel driveway.
