This cabin is tucked away and offers privacy on 12 acres to explore with a large covered front porch overlooking your private Native trout stream. Only 4.5 miles to Blue Ridge Parkway, “Up The Creek” is centrally located close to Boone, West Jefferson, Wilkesboro and Blowing Rock. The property has hiking trails, crystal clear creek for swimming and a nice deck built on creek with grill, also fire pit. Great getaway if peace and tranquility is what you seek but still close enough to Explore surrounding towns.

This was our second stay at the property and it was just as amazing as the first. The location is close enough to easily enjoy everything the area has to offer, yet private enough to completely relax and take in the sounds of the creek and wildlife. The host is incredibly welcoming and responsive. We visit this area at least once a year and this has become our favorite spot.

Such a wonderful cabin! Even with a day of rain, we enjoyed just relaxing on the covered porch and listening to the creek. The property is further down the road than our GPS indicated, so just keep going! You will see it.

We enjoyed our stay! Very clean, very cozy! We had everything we needed. Host was wonderful, checked in with us to make sure everything was good. Even had some pet bowls set up for us to use. Loved relaxing on the porch listening to the creek. Very peaceful and relaxing stay for our little family!

This was a perfect spot for a weekend getaway. It’s a beautiful cabin with a stream out back. The cabin is very clean and well stocked. We would definitely stay here again.

Our stay at Up The Creek was outstanding and met all of our expectations. The cabin is outstanding with a magnificent view of the creek and is perfectly decorated and well stocked to make sure we had everything we might need. We spent time hiking the creek and also we're very close to the parkway and spent some time on the mountain to sea trail. Our host went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed at the cabin and was extremely responsive ever. We had a question or needed anything. I highly recommend this property, especially if you love the outdoors and playing in the nature.

Our stay was one of the best experiences we’ve had. The cabin was beautiful and perfect for our family of 4. The creek was a lot of fun, we visited it every day after our day of adventure in Boone and Banner Elk. The porch was nice for relaxing and listening to the waterfalls. Our host Renee made check in super easy.

Amazing Experience

House was perfect size. Loved the creek- kids spent the majority of the time floating down and catching small fish and bugs. Well stocked kitchen too.

This is a great property if you want to get away from it all very private peaceful but close enough to Boone ,West Jefferson, the Blue Ridge Parkway, Wilkesboro and all the small towns surrounding the area if peace and quiet is what you crave. This is your place.
