This location rocks! Lasting Memories enjoys super close lake access with a dedicated dock slip within easy walking distance of the home, and is also within walking distance to the main entrance of Wisp Resort, just across the street from this small, private community. Even more, there is a private tennis court, just for homes in the community, just steps from the home. If you are looking for a home that lets you enjoy all the wonders of Deep Creek Lake, this is it! Inside the home, you'll find a comfortable and stylish setting that feels incredibly well-maintained, clean, and high-quality. The kitchen comes fully stocked and all the comforts you want are within easy access, including smart TVs in every bedroom and private bathrooms for each bedroom. Two of the bedrooms are master bedrooms with attached bathrooms, but the remaining bedrooms each have a full bathroom just steps away. If you are looking for comfort and charm, convenience of location, and a well-crafted experience, look no further than Lasting Memories!

Kitchen needed more accessories for cooking. The boat slip was a very long walk to get to. The WiFi was constantly going down and affected two of the guest work responsibilities. I honestly believe the WiFi problem should constitute some refund.

Very clean house. Couches were even vacuumed. Plenty of cooking supplies, tuperware, baking sheets, etc. Beds were comfortable. Close to the slopes and water. While many places do not leave spices/salt/pepper/etc since covid, this place does which was really nice (if people don't want to use it they dont have to).

The house is beautiful and is in an excellent location right on the lake. We did however have a few issues during the stay, and the communication from the host was almost nonexistant. First, the hot tub water was brown and very dirty. We had hoped to use it at some point over the weekend, but the host never got back to us when we reported it. Also, there was something in the property listing about a community pool and it even included a gate code to get into the pool. However we could not find the pool and the host never responded to this either. Maybe it was a mistake in the listing, but a simple message back to us letting us know this would have been nice. I 100% recommend this house, but not the rental company that hosts it.

Great times at Lasting Memories!

The house was perfect for a two family stay (4 adults and 3 children). The house was spotless, lots of room to spread out, plenty of activities for the kids in the basement, and the hot tub was great for relaxing after a day on the slopes. Perfect for a skiing/tubing long weekend!

We had a great stay in deep Creek Lake. Although this house is not directly on the water, it still has a lake view from the front patio. The docks are just a quick walk away. We loved that it had its own designated slip for a boat.The house had everything you needed and more. The kitchen had plenty of cookware and dishware. We loved the game room in the basement. The beds were very comfortable.

July last minute weekend getaway

The house is well laid out, clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with all you need to cook (without the food of course). Teenagers loved the basement. Finding the boat slip was a challenge, but once found it was great!

Amazing Location

Check in and out process were super easy, clear communication options and instructions. Location is perfect for skiers. Beds are clean and comfortable, kitchen well appointed, plenty of seating/lounging options. We struggled with getting the temperature just right at night. but not an overall problem for the stay. Driveway parking is convenient, quiet neighborhood which we appreciated. Overall excellent, worry free stay and we would certainly return to this house or others with the same property managers.

A trip we look forward to each year!

There are 8 of us in our group, (4 couples).we look forward to this long weekend every year. This property is by far the best! It's snowed almost 12 inches and wind chill was -11. Having the gas fireplace in the living room was nice. And it the community is flat so no fear of steep hills or driveways which we have had in the past. Having 4 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms made it perfect for us. Before arriving we didn't realize that the basement bathroom was as far away from the bedroom as it was, but we made it work. There were enough chairs and space for all of us to fit around the table in the dining area. The basement, which we called "club downstairs" kept us busy in the down time we had between activities. (Showering, eating, going out, etc) I would suggest having directions on how to use the streaming service on the tv. We wanted to watch the NFL playoff game and could not figure out how to access it without using airplay which was not working at first. Eventually we figured it out but written directions would have been appreciated. The location was great. We enjoyed the proximity to the Green Turtle. We all discussed as we packed up to leave that there was no reason that we wouldn't want to stay again next year!

Beautiful lake view home!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house had so many unique amenities that truly made it stand out to us, including the gas fireplace on the main floor, a play den with wood burning fireplace, air hockey/ping pong table, and some fun retro video game tables to really bring the nostalgia to the property. We had fun venturing out to the sites, especially Swallow Falls State Park! We had plenty of everything we needed, though we wish we would have come to the house to see what they already had (left by other guests), as the guidebook mentioned us having to cover lots of things the home already had available (spices, paper towels, toilet paper, cooking oils, ice trays, etc.). We ended up bringing much more than we needed and grabbing extra things at the grocery store before we arrived at the home. Oh well, it was a pleasant surprise that the home had more than we needed! Additional bonuses included the hot tub and the big kitchen! We cooked many meals and enjoyed the changing lights of the jacuzzi. We also loved being able to watch Netflix while we hung out as a family in the evenings and the fire kept us cozy on cooler evenings. This was such a fantastic home! One complaint is the outside. The deck is covered in spider webs and it doesn’t appear to have been cleaned in a long time. While I understand there are woods nearby, it made us feel a little uncomfortable sitting on the porch because of our daughter’s fear of spiders. Thank you for a lovely stay, regardless 💕

Other than having a little issue with the check in process ,(code didn't work at our requested check in time), the house was clean and spacious. Nice water view from the deck and great game room. Didn't get the opportunity to use the hot tub but it looked inviting.
