Welcome! This is our beautiful nautical home in quintessential Wells Beach. Sit on the open-air covered porch on one of the Adirondack chairs sipping a morning coffee or your favorite drink. We are literally steps to the beach, Forbes, Beachcomber, shops, ice cream, trolley stop & arcade, < 1 mile is Billys Chowder House, Batson River Brewery and Hannaford's Plaza where just about anything you need could be found! Bike ride down to Moody beach or kayak right out of Wells Harbor. Take the trolley to Ogunquit or take a stroll down to the Congdon's after dark food truck area and craft beer garden. Kennebunkport to the north and Ogunquit to the south. LOCATION, LOCATION. LOCATION!!!!

Strip any used beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Kindly put trash out before 7am for Saturday morning pick up. Cleaning lady will miss the early trash pick up. *Leave both keys on table *Turn off AC *Lock doors *Close all windows
If you are renting a parking space please remember to leave both the parking key pass and placard on the kitchen table before leaving.

Please have kids eat in the kitchen dining area. Please no gum as I have found gum on rugs and furniture. Thank you.

Ideal beach house LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!!!! Avoid the dreaded Rt. 1 by staying beach side and driving along the coast seeing some of the most beautiful landscapes of the seacoast. Visit Cliff House Maine on Shore Rd. Taking you right into York, into Kittery enjoying shopping at the Kittery Outlets.

Right in our immediate neighborhood, for your convenience, you will find Hannaford's grocery store, Reny's Outlet store, car wash, Liquor Store, Billy's Chowder house, Movie theatre, playground and the new Batson River Brewery ! Steps from the house is a Trolley Stop that takes you through town, avoid parking and take the trolley for a small fare.

Literally steps to the beach! The covered wrap around porch is the best spot for sitting and having your morning coffee or a family gathering. Never miss a day outside on those rainy days with this beautiful covered porch. We are on a dead end road so it is safe for children too.
