Very clean property and very well stocked! The location served our traveling purpose. It was just 25 minutes from the wine and garlic festival we were attending in Amherst, VA. It was also conveniently located, with ample garage parking for two cars, and being within walking distance of some excellent restaurants. The bonus was being able to tour Thomas Jefferson's Poplar Forest, which satisfied our party of six historic interests. It was a great weekend vacation, and we would stay there again in a heartbeat!

We loved this property. Very clean, great condition, super quite, and all the amenities were great. The parking garage was also a very nice benefit. Highly recommend staying here and if we return in the future will definitely try to book this location. Walking distance to many great restaurants.

This was such a great find!! Very clean and such a beautiful space. Plenty of room for 4 people. Kitchen is well stocked if you want to stay in to cook. We will definitely rent this space again in the future.

We came in town to visit family and this was a perfect spot for us to come back to have a cup of coffee and go to bed. It was perfectly decorated, and the amenities were great. Very clean and organized, which made it easy for checkout process.

Christmas with Family

We visited our son and his family for Christmas and loved staying here for the second time. We had room to relax and cook dishes to take to the family dinner at my son's. The kitchen is great and the beds are comfortable. All in all, we love how cozy and functional Courtside is. Thanks!

Great Stay for our staff

We ( Coaching staff) were there visiting with the Liberty football staff. What bc a beautiful well appointed place. Spacious for our meetings and a great local to walk to dinner. Highly recommend!!!

LYH with the fam

This townhome was perfect for our trip to Lynchburg for a family birthday in town. The kitchen was great and we enjoyed the coffee maker and pods provided. Plenty of room for our family and nice bedding options. It was nice to have the garage as the street parking is super limited. We fit two small hatch back/SUVs -- a little tight though. Our favorite part of the stay was having Hill City Donuts just a short walk up the block -- delicious!

Great location and great property!

I ran across this listing after searching for another VRBO property we had stayed in our last time in Lynchburg. That property was in the same row of townhouses as this one and we had a good experience, but we had an extra person this time that gave this property the edge as it allowed everyone to have their own bed. We were very pleased with our stay. The townhouse was very clean, comfortable with all the amenities, and within walking distance of restaurants and shopping. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

Family bike riding and touring

Enjoyed the townhouse. All new and very clean, it even smelled great! Close to everything and in the historic district. Lynchburg did not disappoint. Lots of bike trails, re-invented downtown areas, and restaurants. Overall, A+ experience. We will come back when we can! Thanks for everything.

New, nice and clean townhouse

Very clean and nice townhome that feels new. Quiet neighbours. Everything we needed in the house hold was provided by the host,. The only negative was the noise from the factory close to the river and the trains honking their horns from the same area, but i guess that us from the countryside is just not used to any sounds.

Excellent Stay

Perfect place for our family. Our daughter attends LU and we decided to head to VA a couple of weeks early for our son to attend a soccer camp. It is easy to find and we loved the fact we had access to use the garage. Our daughter’s car was loaded for school and it was perfect to be able to have it securely parked while we were there for the week. FYI: The garage is located in the back and is a little tight along the back due to the guard rail and pillars holding up the decks for each home (not a negative thing at all just be informed.) There are 3 bedrooms (Twin, Queen, King) and two full baths (one with tub and the master with a shower) on the top floor. A washer/dryer are also on the top floor, too. There is a half bath located just inside the front door on the 2nd floor (Main floor.) The kitchen/living/dining are on the 2 main floor, too. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. There is a smart TV in the living area. The Wi-Fi worked excellent through the property, as well. The deck is located off the living/dining area. It was nice to sit out there some, but your view is pretty much of buildings (things that you expect when in a downtown area.) The lower level is where the garage is located and a small office/study. We did not utilize the office/study area. Amy provided great communication through out if we had a question or if she needed to pass on a message. Reviews and descriptions don’t do it justice. Our family really had an excellent stay here.
