We stayed here for a bachelorette weekend, and it was the best experience! The location cannot be beat, the pool is huge and perfect for a big group, and the property management company was so responsive and helpful if we needed anything. Highly recommend!

The place was great, porch and pool are huge compared to others in the area. There was live music across the street every night and it's a 3 minute walk to the beach. The only negative is there is no ramp to the beach in the neighborhood.

Honestly, I hate rating the house this high because we want to rent again and I am worried it will be booked. Definitely the best house we have ever rented. Steps to the beach, the pool is the largest in the area at the house and the house itself had everything we needed. My 27, 23 and 22 year old children, the husband of the 27 year old and the boyfriend of the 23 year old all loved everything. Truly an amazing place!!

Fabulous Family Vacay!

Everything was spectacular about the house. Well stocked, plenty of room and the beach is a short walk. Very nice having access to a private beach because the beach wasn’t overcrowded like some of the surrounding areas. Loved every moment of it and plan to be back!

Poor Management

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay was disrupted by a gas leak, which led to no hot water for 90% of our stay. As well as having unknown / unauthorized vendors inside of our home. I have expressed my concerns over two weeks ago and keep getting pushed off. This is extremely unprofessional.
Respuesta de VrboOwner el 13 de jun de 2026
Thank you for sharing your feedback, Olivia. We sincerely apologize for the disruption caused by the gas leak and the resulting loss of hot water during your stay. We also understand your concerns regarding vendor access and the lack of timely follow-up after you reached out. This is not the experience we strive to provide, and we're sorry that we fell short of your expectations. We appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention and will ensure your feedback is reviewed by our team. Thank you for your patience, and we regret the frustration this situation caused.

The location of this house is absolutely incredible- you don’t need a car because you can walk everywhere which is so nice. However, the house was pretty beat down and needed some repairs. It also was so poorly cleaned- you could tell the floors hadn’t been vacuumed, let alone mopped. Hair all in the drawers and in the bathtub. It was a very poor clean job. There is also no sound proofing at all between the floors so it is loud. You can hear every footstep if you stay downstairs. They also make you check out at 10AM and check in isn’t until 5PM.

Kacy, thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the home’s walkable location, though we’re very sorry the cleanliness did not meet expectations upon arrival. When these concerns were brought to our attention, our team immediately offered to send housekeeping back out to tidy up; however, we never received a response. We truly wish we’d had the opportunity to address this for you during your stay. We also appreciate your comments regarding sound between floors and check-in/check-out times, which we will review with our team. Your input helps us improve, and we hope to have the chance to provide you with a smoother experience in the future.

First time on 30A

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first time visiting the communities of 30A. We chose this property because of the pool and the newly renovated decor. It was lovely! However the pool had not been cleaned when we checked in and we had to wait at least a day for a crew to deal with that. Water was quite cold for end of April, so consider asking to have it heated. The home is very comfortable, a short walk to the beach stairs and included 2 beach chairs set up at the beach. However the home is directly along the main street that goes through Rosemary Beach. The driveway is on a private lane but the house itself does have considerable street noise from the main road. The view on the one side of the home is an adjacent tennis court complex belonging to the resort next store. This home is walkable to several restaurants and shops.
