Sur l'ile depuis 2014, je fais profité mes 2 studios aux voyageurs désireux passé leur séjour ici a saint martin et ceux depuis 5 ans maintenir. TrÚs apprécié sur un site concurrent, je viens ici pour en faire profité les voyageurs de ce site.

La plus grande qualité de ce studio est sa proximité de toutes les commodités, plage(50m), supermarché(5min a pied, centre ville(5 min a pied), office de tourisme(5min a pied), restaurant(3mina pied), station de bus(5min a pied), gare maritime(5min a pied) et marina(3min a pied).
mais l'appartement n'est pas non plus en reste, il est dans une résidence calme et tranquille avec vue sur jardin et ensuite vue sur mer donnant un ensemble un lieu unique et privilégier a ce studio (meilleur compromit entre espace vert/mer a proximité d'un centre ville).
mon expérience et les retours de mes clients me rend confiant dans la capacité a ce studio de vous faire passé un bon séjour.

Je reste disponible pour mes clients, l'arrivĂ©e peut se faire en fin de matinĂ©e, si l'appartement n'est pas prĂȘt (ex: sortie d'un client le matin de votre arrivĂ©e) il est possible de venir dĂ©poser vos bagages( a partir de 11h) et prendre les clĂ©s, par la suite je vous signalerais quand l'appartement sera prĂȘt a vous accueillir.
