Diane was extremely helpful and accomodating. A situation arose and she was very quick to respond with what was needed. Highly recommend this unit as it is in a great location, very bright and clean. The view waking up each norning was amazing.

The owners were so helpful & very attentive to us as guests. The condo was very clean & well kept as well. We couldn’t have asked for a better honeymoon. We will definitely be back to stay here again!!

Excellent view and very clean accommodations

Alix our host was very easy to communicate with.Our unit was spotless and well equipped.Very close walk to Orient Beach.There is a pizzeria and grocery store on sight. Pool is beautiful as well.

Yes, there are currently Sargassum strandings east of SXM (as in Guadeloupe, Martinique, St Barth, etc.) due to the proliferation of these algae in the tropical Atlantic. The Caribbean Sea (Grand Case, Anse Marcel) is not affected. I am sorry for this inconvenience, Paul!

Another great stay on Orient Beach

We had another great vacation at Orient Beach. Our rental was perfect - we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Every morning and evening was spent enjoying the view of the bay from our balcony. Restaurants were in walking distance to Orient Village and Mount Vernon also has a small grocery store and pizza restaurant for convenience. Looking forward to a return visit in the future.

Great vacation

Our condo was wonderful- we had everything we needed for a very easy and comfortable stay. The views from our balcony was spectacular. We had breakfast and our evening meal enjoying the scenery everyday. We enjoyed the beach daily - and the pool was wonderful. Food on the beach was great - plus the Mount Vernon Pizza restaurant is a must to visit. Our host was very reliable in all aspects.

Wonderfully relaxing, everything we needed

A great time in a wonderful location meeting all our expectations but one, we thought there was a swimming pool, this was not an issue with so many beautiful beaches and the fact it’s being worked on is just an added incentive to return. Which we hope to do!

Absolutely loved this condo!! Had everything we needed! Beautiful place!! Stunning views! Everything we needed was near by. Most beautiful part of the island was where the condo was. Owners were soooo accommodating. Had no issues what so ever! Can’t say enough good things about this place!

The perfect beachside accommodation with a view

We were beyond impressed with everything about this property! The view was spectacular! You can see the beauty of the entire Orient Bay. The location is perfect. The apartment is so clean and furnished with style! Also comes with all the amenities that we needed. Definitely highly recommend! And thank you to our very gracious and friendly hosts!

Great Winter Getaway

Our condo was perfect - very comfortable and beautifully decorated and well supplied with all the necessary items. We had beautiful views of the Ocean and surrounding areas. We walked the beach and swam in the ocean daily. It is a short walk to Orient Village along the beach. That area has several shops, great restaurants, and a small pastry shop that we visited daily! We truly enjoyed our time Orient Beach

Amazing property

Property exactly as described with breathtaking view and access to, what felt like, an almost private beach on Orient Bay. The apartment had everything needed for the beach which was really appreciated. Kitchen is also fully equipped for cooking. Communication with owner was fantastic through out and attentive to anything we needed. Thank you Alix and we look forward to booking again!

A beautiful spot to enjoy the area

We enjoyed our stay here. It is a great location to enjoy the area, particularly Orient Beach. We walked/drove to it every day. The nearby market and pizza shop were also great additions to our experience. The property was clean and well-appointed. It had everything and more than we needed. Our communication with the property managers was great and super helpful. I would highly recommend this location if you are looking for an affordable way to enjoy this part of the island. I would say it was nice having an inexpensive rental car. Enjoy!

A little piece of Heaven

We had an amazing stay. The view was gorgeous. Enjoyed coffee on the patio each morning. The room was very clean. The host was extremely helpful answering any questions we had. The neighbors were very friendly. The bed was comfortable and the blackout curtains were great to have at night. The small kitchenette was fully equipped with anything we needed. We were steps from the beach and pool and a short drive from Orient Beach. We will definitely be back. Thank you for a wonderful holiday!

Wonderful stay @ Hotel Mt. Vernon!!

Simply put; WOW! This was our first trip to St. Martin and we were very fortunate to have landed at such a great spot! The host, Alix and her daughter Diane were extraordinarily welcoming! Our accommodations were clean and efficient. Just steps to Orient Bay and a pleasant, short walk to many beach restaurants, bars and beach activities. We enjoyed watching the kite surfers from our patio and, the pack of wild horses that came to visit 'our peninsula'! Diane even went so far as to save us a parking spot when we arrived from a rough flight from the US. We definitely recommend Mt. Vernon for fun in the sun!

Paradise!

We stayed here for just under 2 weeks in December. The place is exactly as shown in the photos. The hosts were wonderful and helpful - always willing to assist with any questions we had. The view can’t be beat - absolutely stunning, day and night. The condo is well stocked, lots of ingredients for cooking can be found … not lacking in any way. The area was quiet and felt safe. There is a little convenience store onsite for when you can’t get to the grocery store. Nice and close drive to the dock for Pinel Island, our fave place to visit. All I all, this is a great place to stay. No complaints! Hope to return someday. Thanks for the great accommodations!
