Welcome! You are currently looking at a Fully renovated and furnished beach house with Resort Style Heated Pool & Cabana Bar, separate guest house, Game Room and parking for 4 vehicles. The Main house has 5 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms ( 4500+sq.ft), a seperate Guest House with Kitchenette and Bathroom, and Beds to accommodate 18. The beautiful resort style heated pool is 28x14 and has an amazing sundeck within the pool and Pool side bar. The pool is Perfect for anyone needing a little break from the beach! The Kitchen has Wolf Appliances, a Sub Zero Refrigerator and is stocked for a family that loves to cook. We do provide an Ice Maker, Keurig (Single Cup and Pot), Air fryer, Vitamix Blender, Belgiun Waffle Maker, and all the other needs to make you comfortable! Some other key points the house offers is Parking for 6 vehicles, Game room (Ping Pong, Foosball Table, Air Hockey and Video Games) located right off the pool, 3 beach carts to attach to your bike or to walk with, Garage refrigerator/freezer, Fiber wifi, and tv's in almost every room! The Hideaway is located in great area of Kiawah Island, you are a 3 minute bike ride or 6 minute walk to the beach, with biking distance to The Sanctuary Hotel and The Nest/Night Heron Park.

Our family enjoyed the house during Thanksgiving. The kitchen was well stocked and the kids enjoyed the pool, ping pong table and arcade games.

We had a great time despite the weather not fully cooperating! The house is in a great location on the island but quiet. Very well equipped, we cooked several meals for large family gatherings. We would definitely stay here again!

What a great family vacation at Kiawah! The house was perfect for our kids and grandkids. Getting to and from the beach was an easy walk, the pool was great and the beds were super comfy - that is not always the case! The kitchen was well outfitted for cooks of all kinds. We were close to lots of great restaurants and stores when the need to explore hit us. All in all a lovely vacation!

Great spot for multiple-family vacation

Great location. Pool was spectacular. Owner was very quick to respond to questions while on our trip. Space was great for family of 14 (ages 5 - 76). (We put the teenagers in the guest house bc that bathroom is smaller and not as updated or as nice as the other bathrooms. However, if we had wanted to, there was room for all 14 to sleep in the main house.) Great vacation home!

Kiawah Island Bachelorette

My group stayed here for a bachelorette party and could not have enjoyed our stay more! The house is even more gorgeous in person with comfortable, spacious and stylish rooms for everyone. It was nice to be so close to the beach while also having easy access to Charleston. Jeffrey was extremely responsive and helpful!

This home is an amazing place to spend a memorable time with friends and family. We hosted friends and family for a wedding weekend, and there was nothing we needed that wasn't already there. We took advantage of everything wonderful amenity here, including air playing a slideshow on the pool side TV. Jeff is an amazingly responsive host, and I highly recommend this home as a beautiful place to spend quality time.

Beautiful home in great location.

The property was beautiful and well stocked with everything we could need. We had 17 guests which fit comfortably. It was a short walk to the beach. We would have loved to stay longer!

House served our extended family well

This house was well appointed and served our extended family of 14 in good fashion for our stay. It is located in a very secluded and private part of Kiawah. Renting bikes served us well for access to the beach.

Girls Weekend

We enjoyed staying at this big house for a girls weekend. The kitchen has everything you need to cook at home. The location is wonderful. Short walk to the beach. Beautiful pool (we didn't use bc too cold) Lots of privacy.

Wedding Weekend

We rented this property to house our family while in town for a relative's wedding. This is a beautiful property with plenty of space and amenities for a large family gathering. The BONUS for us was the pool which the kids enjoyed immensely. The host also provided a wagon and cooler for trips to the beach. All in all we very much enjoyed our time here.

Great house with everything we needed!

Unfortunately, we had bad weather on our stay. I only say that to note that with 11 (5 teens and parents) of us inside all day for most of 3 days we had plenty of space to enjoy and not be in each other’s way. The house was perfectly equipped and very nice! We will definitely be renting from Jeff again!

Family week in Kiawah

We had a great time as a family at the pool and beach. The number of bedrooms was perfect for our group. For what we paid, I would expect a much cleaner house than what we rented. We turned over cushions where we could and swept some of the outside areas as we first checked in. Don't look under the cushions in the living room, obviously the cleaning people don't....
