Pool was great. Could use a few more pots for cooking. The property in general is kept in great condition- we hope to book again. Only negative- the private beach is a draw- but having to navigate the guy selling chairs every days was a bit annoying. Overall, a great week

Great location and beautifully decorated space with a well-stocked kitchen. A few maintenance issues with the washer, dryer, and master bedroom TV — would recommend with slight caution.

This was home to us for 4 nights! Stairs are not too bad the have sturdy steel rails to avoid grabbing the wood. Check-in was easy in the app and I autoshared the wifi password with everyones Iphone as we unloaded our stuff. Kitchen was clean upon walking in was a welcome box with 2 dishwasher detergent bags, dish soap, a sponge, and a bag of laundry detergent. Kitchen was stocked with pans and BIG pots, wish there was a smaller pot or bigger pan but honestly it was not enough to even think about if youre not making soup or spaghetti. Kitchen also had enough mugs and cups for everyone. Rooms smelled and looked clean, livingroom was clean and comfortable. Plugs and lamps everywhere so we all kept everything charged. Bathrooms were clean and stocked with refillable shampoo, conditioner, and body wash that smelled great and made me feel very clean. Extra hand towels, body towels and washcloths under the sink were a lifesaver when we took 2 showers a day after the beach and after the pool. back porch was comfortable and semi private since its facing the tennis court. Walmart was where we got our groceries but beware it is PACKED. The privacy of the beach itself is a tradeoff: you can rent your chairs and umbrella to get a space right on shore or like us, bring all your own stuff and have a little walk through the umbrellas to get to the water. The hardest part is getting all the equipment up and down the beach entrance stairs. The door requires a code on both sides.

Hope to stay here next year!

Around the corner from restaurants, grocery stores, and rentals everywhere. Property is overlooking a tennis court behind the back porch and the front is upstairs facing the pool and main office area and feels semi-secluded as far as neighbors. Upon arrival is the welcome kit with essentials including a sponge and dishwashing liquid. Next to it was a binder with all sorts of helpful info (rules, restaurants, rentals). Kitchen is stocked with Big pots, 3 small/medium pans, coffee mugs, cups for all sorts of stuff, some tupperware, and new paper towels (no plates which was perfect because we didnt want to wash any). bathrooms include refillable shampoo, body wash, and conditioner that smell great and feel great. clean crisp white hand, floor, body towels and washcloths and fresh wrapped toilet paper. Couches were comfy and smelled fresh, not stiff or funky but very cozy. Livingroom TV can be swiveled around which was great while we ate dinner at the table watching spiderman and moved to the couch after a long day. Iron was available to iron my dress and my husbands shirt for our boat ride. Extra blankets were also stocked in each room and lamps and plugs were all working and easily accesible. Beds were clean and smelled nice! Crisp white and I looked for a mattress protector which I found! Checkin and checkout were easy peasy with the app! I didnt even have to talk to anyone 👍🏼

GREAT Stay!

This condo was roomy, convenient, and very affordable! Check-in/out was extremely easy! It was a short walk to the beach - and right across the parking lot from the pool. We will definitely stay here again!

Amazing and quiet!

Great Easter Weekend

Check in was smooth! No major issues and property as listed. Only negatives: the dryer didn’t work (but there was an onsite laundry facility as well), also, the downstairs neighbors didn’t seem too happy to have tourists there. Plenty to do and a quick walk to the beach. We would recommend Baytowne Warf on a night they have fireworks.

Great family friendly location

The property is quiet, the pool was just a few steps away, the private-access beach just 5 minutes' walk. Everything was clean and exactly as advertised. We just did not realize the washer and dryer were in a closet on the balcony. We would definitely consider coming back.

Overall Great Home ❤️

This home is gorgeous. The wifi is amazing and the amenities were so appreciated. We had the pool to ourselves almost the entire stay and the short walk to a private beach was amazing! However both the sink in one bathroom and the shower in the other did not drain properly. And the guest towels were very stained. Other than these things the overall place and stay was excellent. I would recommend this home to friends.

Home away from home; Plus a BEACH!

The condo had all the amenities of home. It had a living room, full kitchen, 2 bathrooms, washer/dryer, a master bedroom and a guest bedroom with enough space to sleep 5-6 kids. We rented this property due to its close walking distance to the beach. Plus this was very affordable for the area and amenities provided. It also has a pool on site that we used almost daily. All shops, groceries, gas stations, and fun kids activities were within 2-5 miles from the property. We will definitely come back. The check in and check out process was simple and seamless. No issues. Everything came from a text to my phone that provided codes to the condo, codes to the beach, and check out link.
