The property had great views & scenery! We enjoyed the screened in porch for coffee each morning! Beds were comfortable! The hall bathroom shower needs the molded caulking replaced; but more importantly the bedroom w/the black sleigh bed in it, the closet ceiling has black mold on it & is damp from a water leak from the above condo & needs addressed immediately! We could smell the mildew when we walked in the room!

Great Location. Needs TLC.
So many maintenance issues and repairs needed. 2nd BR bed was broken and so was a drawer in the night stand. Couldn't figure out the tv's in the master BR or the back porch so never got to use them. Grill was dangerously in bad condition and no gas in the propane tanks. Dishwasher had issues. Back porch sliding door didn't lock. Lots of other little things. Could be a great property with some work. Wouldn't stay again with so many other options at the resort.

Regarding your concerns, we have carefully reviewed and addressed each one. The homeowner has been actively remodeling the unit and remains dedicated to maintaining a high standard. We tested the dishwasher and found it to be in working order, but we appreciate your report. The broken nightstand drawer has been repaired, and the grill has been thoroughly cleaned. Additionally, we delivered a full propane tank and have reinforced procedures with our team to ensure seamless replacements in the future. While we did not identify an issue with the sliding door, we will provide clear instructions for guests on how to properly lock it.
