Come enjoy the great ocean view from this fantastic pet friendly Litchfield Beach house. This classic family house has 6-bedrooms, 3-bathrooms and features split level bedrooms with two upstairs (1 King, 2 Twins) that share a full bathroom, two downstairs (1 King, 2 Twins) that share a bathroom, and two ground level bedrooms that also share a bathroom. The ground level bedrooms each have a door leading into the carport (1 Queen, 2 Twins). Spend your time eating meals on the screened porch, sitting out on the deck and or the very short walk along the private boardwalk to the beach!

Wonderful Property!

You cannot beat this location! Right on the beach and lots of space for 2-3 families. We had the best time and loved the house.

Exceptional Ocean View

Reviewer Comments: While this cottage might need a touch of paint here and there, there is nothing else I think of that makes staying at C-Flat less than an A experience! The minute you walk in the front door - Wow, the view of the ocean is exceptional. We spent every morning on the ocean front porch drinking coffee and every evening out on the seats on the deck on the beach. The kitchen is fully stocked including a regular coffee maker AND a Keurig too. While we did not use the bottom level bedrooms note they can only be accessed from outside which might make those staying there a bit disconnected. You can tell from the pictures that C-Flat has a bit of "old school charm" with all the amenities and that is what we expected and it is exactly what we got. Working with Tidelife was great, we will be using them again as well!

Perfect Spot for a Perfect Vacation!

Reviewer Comments: We had the most amazing time in this spacious, beachfront home - watching the sun rise and set from rocking chairs on the screened porch, enjoying home-cooked meals around the expansive dining table, playing games in the living room, spotting dolphins from the boardwalk, and of course, relaxing on the beach. It really doesn't get any better than this. Highly recommend you book for your next getaway!

Hurricane Helene was heading toward our drive path home and they helped us safely stay in the area until the treacherous travel conditions had passed. The office and staff were extremely helpful throughout the entire process and we loved working with Suzanne and her team. Would DEFINTELY recommend working with Tidelife for your vacation rentals! Every part of the process was seamless including check in and check out. Great team and great vacation!

Perfect for us!

Reviewer Comments: This house is an older property with the typical finishes from its original construction , so if you are looking for a sleek modern look, this probably isn’t for you. However, if you can appreciate a well-loved family house right on beautiful Litchfield Beach, you will be happy here! A nice screened porch across the ocean-facing side, two king rooms (we didn’t use the other bedrooms) a grill, covered parking were all appreciated. The kitchen was not updated but had all the essentials we needed. We are big readers so a smaller TV in the living room didn’t bother us. They are replacing windows this week so you will be able to open the ones in the bedroom and enjoy the wonderful sea breeze and the sound of the waves. We are hoping to rebook next year!

Our wonderful stay at C-flat

Great and quick customer service each time I interacted with them. I would very much recommend Tidelife and the C-Flat to family and friends. We enjoyed eating at the River Cafe and Crabby Mike’s, also buying bait at Perry’s bait shop. We caught more than enough fish from the ocean, too many baby sand sharks (though they were exciting to catch), also caught a flounder from the bay. All the fish were Delicious! Our vacation was amazing and we will all cherish the awesome memories. Thanks bunches!!!

Best week ever!!

We had the best week, loved having the private deck leading right to the beach. The house was clean when we arrived and loved the old time beach house feel, the layout is a bit quirky but worked great for our two families that stayed. Great location to all the conveniences but away from all the traffic! TideLife was wonderful to work with, always responded quickly to any questions we had! We also had great weather all week so that was a bonus!! Collected lots of great shells, fished from the beach, Parlor Doughnuts is a MUST!! This was our first time at Litchfield Beach (usually up in SurfSide) and it did not disappoint!!

The house is an old school beach cottage, with fantastic views. It has a fishing and sea motif that could use updating. Lots of pictures and art hanging on all the walls. The downstairs bedrooms and the garage area bedrooms are in need of a renovation. It was very dusty/moldy smelling, and a little dark. But worked out well for our week stay regardless. The bathrooms in the house are all original so, there isn’t a lot of space for toiletries etc. Great for families and friends to gather on the back deck that is screened in. Fans keep the air moving and from being too hot out there. Fun place to have coffee in the am and cocktails in the pm.

Perfect Beachfront Location; Room for Minor Improvements

The location is unbeatable—right on the beach with beautiful sunrises and sunsets from the screened porch, side deck, and dock. Check-in and check-out were smooth and easy. The neighborhood was quiet, walkable, and family-friendly.The house is not a “luxury” rental but has plenty of old-fashioned southern charm. The screened porch with four rocking chairs was our favorite spot, and the large kitchen table made family meals easy. The kitchen, while small and outdated, served its purpose. The fridge/freezer was too small for a large group, so extra coolers for drinks and overflow are a must. A second fridge would be a helpful upgrade.The bedrooms were fine, though the mattresses are typical rental grade. The two carport bedrooms (1 queen and 2 twins) are best for young adults rather than children or paying adult guests, as they’re detached from the main house and lack outdoor carport lighting. Bring flashlights. All 3 bathrooms are very small with no counter space, and bathroom noise travels, especially at night.We did notice the house needs a deeper clean, especially the wood walls, under furniture, and inside kitchen cabinets. Kitchen tools were limited—knives were very dull, and there were no scissors. Sand was a constant challenge since most entrances open straight to sandy areas. Additional sand-catching mats and a better dustpan would go a long way.That said, there were plenty of bath towels, a washer/dryer, and access to a golf cart rental option. We brought our own bikes, which was perfect for exploring.Overall, this is a nostalgic, simple beach house in an amazing location. It’s perfect for families who want to spend time together in a traditional beachfront setting and don’t mind a few quirks. I usually prefer pet-friendly rentals (and travel with my small dog), and while I’d likely explo
