Great location to restaurants shops etc. Parking garage short walk. The nordic spa great!Had a great time Host very helpful adding another night. VRBO not so much.

Wonderful location! Old Quebec location is ideal! We skied in morning (30min drive) and afternoons explored Old Quebec shops and restaurants in the afternoon and evening!

Our visit was absolutely outstanding, truly one of the best stays we've ever had. The unit is gorgeous and has everything you'll need, including a washer and dryer! It is a classic loft and the exposed brick just adds to the ambiance. It is beautifully decorated and overlooks the street below. We traveled with our elementary age kids and the unit was well suited for them as well. If you're traveling to Quebec City for the first time and wondering if this unit is in the heart of the Old City - let me confirm - it's right in the thick of it. You literally step out the door and you're in the action. For that reason alone, you should consider this property. Everything is walkable and at your fingertips, including some pretty amazing restaurants. The host is very responsive and will typically get back to you within 30-minutes. We had a few questions about the unit and she was incredibly helpful. And truthfully, she went above and beyond on everything. She made sure we had parking. She made sure we knew where the grocery store was located...and more! We stayed at three other places in Quebec City, including the signature hotel in town, and this was by far the best of the three. Your money will be well spent here. My only regret is that we didn't stay longer. I honestly can't say enough about our experience - we travel a lot and use VRBO often and this stay was truly the best we've ever had.

The property was quaint and cozy. It was perfect for our family. The check in time was later than we would have liked and are used to and the cleaner was still present when we checked in past check in time. Other than that the place was very charming and in a great location!

This is a great house for a family and friends get together! It's beautiful, roomy and comfortable and located right in the heart of the historic part of the city. The owner is welcoming and helpful. Will definitely return!

Took us a bit to figure it out that it was actually behind the green garage door that opens into a cute courtyard and our unit was off of the courtyard. Once we figured out that we were good to go it was snowing and very cold when we went but I bet it’s adorable in the summer in spring close to all the old sites that you want to see and Quebec city and a short walk to good size, grocery stores to get the supplies you need Unit was just the right size for us. Lots of hot water, comfy beds. The only suggestion I would make would be to add some kind of shelving in the downstairs bathroom to put your toiletries on during your stay.

Just completed 42 days in this unique and charming apartment. It's perfect for a couple on a budget, and the host is very nice. The location is great and just a short walking distance to a bus stop that serves both of the main tourist areas. If you don't have a car and plan to use the city bus, it's much easier if you pre-purchase your bus tickets using the "RTC payment" app. Also download the "RTC Nomade" app for seeing the bus routes and realtime data for each bus on the route.
