RVA-hotellissa on Cabana Beach Club. Koska suurin osa yksiköistä sijaitsee yksinoikeudella Longboat Key -saarten rannan puolella, joista useista on näkymät Meksikonlahden turkoosi vesille ja kourallinen muille, jotka sijaitsevat läheisesti lahden rannalla, tämä osakehuoneistokompleksi käsittää kaikki trooppisen elementit paratiisi. Ruokailu: Vaikka Cabana Beach Clubilla ei ole paikan päällä olevaa ravintolaa, se sijaitsee keskeisellä paikalla lyhyen ajomatkan tai pyörämatkan päässä paikallisista suolaisen veden keittiöistä. Longboat Key -ravintolat sisältävät Harryn mannermaiset keittiöt (0. 5 mailia), Euphemia Haye -ravintola (0. 5 mailia), The Dry Dock Waterfront Grill (7. 1 mailia) tai The Chart House (7. 7 mailia).

Our favorite place for a staycation

This is our 2nd time staying at the Cabana. First time was the week of our wedding in '22. We love LBK and the Sarasota area. Peaceful and relaxing! Just a short walk to the beach and so many amazing restaurants to choose from.

Didn't know when booking that there was only a door between our unit and theirs. Would love to stay at Cabana Beach again, but probably not this particular unit.

There were many problems within this unit ~ including the bathtub stopper would not work and therefore, we could not take a bath. The icemaker would not work. We were left with a small eight cube tray. The window dividers were caked with mildew and green residue and the windows were not clean. Many of the windows would not open/close. Upholstered furniture was visibly worn. The rod in the bathroom was broken and masking tape was used. The bathroom vanity is broken at the base.

Great location and while it's an older property, that is part of the charm. #5 was cute and tidy but not quite as well equipped, nor as well maintained, as the other units .No major problems though and I'm fairly certain anything major would have been quickly resolved if we'd needed as management was very accommodating and responsive.

It was Cabana Beach Club # 5. It is close to beach but the unit is dated and could use some upgrades. The ice maker in the refrigerator doesn't work and the kitchen sink doesn't have hot water. The bathroom sink and shower gets hot but not in the kitchen! Not too sanitary when you are washing some items in room temperature water. Also, the cleaning crew didnt do a very good job before our arrival. All of the glass doors leading to the sunroom are glass cleaning at all.

The door from patio to outside is missing the deadbolt. Toilet seat is worn down and has areas that have worn down past the top coating. Cabinets are uneven due to wear and need to be readjusted. As much as the rental went up in price I was disappointed in the quality.

Corby at RVA was very professional and helpful. Cookware, such as a skillet, would be very helpful!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
