This private family home between downtown Saratoga and Albany has access to everything you need. You will be comfortable either cooking in with a full kitchen with supplies, or dining out with an array of great local cuisine. The large fenced-in back yard with pool to increase privacy and allows you to have a relaxing experience, host a gathering with friends and family, or let your pets run around. Inside is 2 living rooms with large TVs and 4 bedrooms (1 upstairs). Your stay will include a lot of items of comfort such as premium bed mattresses and linens, bidet, reverse osmosis water on tap, towels, two living rooms with large 4K TVs with Netflix and Prime Video, and more. With everything here you won't even have to leave the property, but of course if you do then it is within a short distance to many destinations in Albany and downtown Saratoga.

Great property!

We needed a place to come home to with my whole family for my Mom‘s funeral. Needless to say it was a quick rental and Joe was accommodating and kind and even sent us a gift basket. Highly recommended this place to stay!

Perfect for my needs. My dog isn’t good with strangers or other animals, this place has a nice fenced backyard. The house is very nice for its age and everything was clearly labeled. The kitchen has anything you need if you want to prepare food. The beds were comfortable, and there’s a nice tv with Netflix.

Well worth the stay

Property was clean and had everything we needed for grilling and cooking in the evening. Location was close to all stores if we needed anything and the host and communication with the host was excellent. Having the pool on a hot summer weekend was a plus. Would highly recommend.

Excellent property

The property is very clean and comfortable and quiet. The area has everything anyone would need for shopping and eating. it’s situated between Albany and Saratoga Springs NY so there so much to do and see all around. I highly recommend this property to anyone staying in the area.

Looking forward to staying again

We had such a great time! The neighborhood is cute, quiet, and safe. The house has plenty of space and feels comfortable and homey. The huge fenced-in yard was a hugeeee hit with our dog! She was so happy to run around freely! To top it off, the pool was big, clean, and we all were so thankful for the hot weather so we could enjoy it. We will definitely be staying here again!

Family Vacation

I had an unforgettable stay at this home! Plenty of room, the pool was great, and it was located in an extremely convenient location because we went to the races in Saratoga as well as Lake George. I hope to be able to come back next year and stay longer!

Celebration of Life Weekend with Family

The house was in a great older neighborhood. It was nice to have access to a pool - with heat wave going on. The house was very adequate for our family!

Great place for our family of 12!

The house was a great choice for our family, plenty of room, clean, great amenities, etc. Communication with the host was prompt and effective. The pool was a huge hit with the kids as well as the adults and the large yard was great for our two dogs. Very pleased all around, would stay here again. Highly recommend for a large group!

The house is in a beautiful neighborhood. Inside, it's clean, roomy, attractive, and well-maintained. The owner is responsive and thoughtfully provided extra conveniences as well as all the necessities. Perfect for our family!

Comfortable home away from home!

Our family enjoyed a weekend stay at Joe's lovely home while attending my nephew's wedding in Clifton Park. Joe answered all our questions promptly and made the check-in and check-process easy. The home is well-maintained, comfortable, and located in a quiet suburban neighborhood that's convenient to shopping, restaurants, and nearby attractions. We especially enjoyed spending time in the fenced-in backyard, hanging out on the spacious deck and relaxing in the wonderful pool. Joe, thanks very much for sharing your lovely home with our family!

Holiday Visit

This house was perfect to fit for our family’s needs. Four bedrooms with comfortable beds and 2 1/2 baths. The location is ideal…close to everything. The house has several smart home features. The thermostat was a little too smart for us. We had a difficult time, figuring out how to get heat in the rooms. there are tons of light switches, and we really appreciated that they were well marked. We love the fenced in yard for our dog.

convenient gathering place for family

We were attending a funeral for our 100 year old Aunt and traveling with her 99 year old sister… this home provided a clean comfortable place to land after some long days. The ranch home was easy to access with a walker with 3 bedrooms on the main floor, although she had to maneuver a bit to fit it into the bathrooms which is not uncommon in older homes. The host was attentive and promptly responded to all our questions. Some of the furniture could be updated but the beds could not have been more comfortable! The kitchen, living room and dining room served us well for gathering with family. Had we arrived in summer we would have been happy to enjoy the pool and the backyard patio.

Everything was wonderful. Just wish we could’ve had enough bath towels for everyone. There were 8 guests and only 7 towels. Beautiful area and house.
