Big fenced territory with playground for kids: trampoline, cableway/zipline, kids house with slide and sandbox. 500 meters to the sea, 200 meters to bus stop, 700 meters to train station. Small grocery shop in 400 meters, Supermarkets, cafe, restaurants ~1 km.
