This room is separate from the rest of the house with a private bath, fully stocked kitchen nook, private entrance and private parking right outside the door. The area is in the heart of the village with a coffee shop around the corner and karaoke bar across the way. Our location is an easy 20 minute drive to downtown Nashville. This little area has much to offer as shown in the attached photos. A comfortable place to come home to after a busy day exploring.
The space
The studio apartment is a large cozy and comfortable room with a private bath, fully stocked kitchen nook and private entrance. It offers a pleasant decor, lots of fluffy towels and a flat screen tv. This location has a small porch with table and chairs to enjoy your meal outside or if you just want to take a minute and smoke . You will also have your own private driveway to the left of your entrance.
Guest access
The house itself is attached to a stone fronted Historical Bldg in the Village of Old Hickory. You will park to the left of the small porch located at the right side of the building. You will enter through the door marked 527. The key lock box is directly across from the door. I will provide you with the combination the day of your arrival.
Other things to note
To really see the best of the area you will be staying in I would recommend a drive along the lakeside. When you leave the apartment turn left at the front of the building .... keep left and go in front of the Community Center and Fire Station ..... turn right on to Hadley and go to 10th. ...... turn left on 10th and take it all the way .... turn right on Riverside Drive and take it all the way to Dabbs Ave where you will turn left ..... and left again at 22nd. This will take you to Lakeshore Avenue. Complete your ride by the lake until it takes you back out to Old Hickory Blvd. This drive will give you a true picture of the area that you are staying in.
