Amazing experience. Rooms were clean and very nicely decorated. We were very comfortable as a family of four. Loved the gold monkey!! Kitchen was well equipped and they even thought of new dish sponge and soap as well as dishwasher pods. Fresh linens and towels, and many pillows and blankets to feel comfy!Proximity to all the restaurants and cafes was supreme, given the price point. 3 minutes walk to get steaming fresh coffe or eat Titan burger, as featured in “Diners, Drive ins, and Dives”. There is also a park nearby to enjoy morning run! Thank you to the host for making this stay special and enjoyable!

This apartment is in a great location in 12 South. The pictures in the listing match the property. Check in was super easy and the management company was responsive when I had questions. The location is ideal - within walking distance of shopping, dining and entertainment. And just a short Uber to downtown Nashville. Property was super quiet, too. I did not hear any outside noise during my stay. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in a vibrant area of Nashville.

The neighborhood was nice, super cute and close to a lot of restaurants.. The couch and beds were also very comfortable. It was a perfect place for what we needed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We love staying in this great place. The bungalow was very comfortable and we really enjoyed our stay. The space was very comfortable and accommodating.We loved staying on 12 South, and really enjoyed many of the restaurants and stores. We will definitely recommend to friends and we look forward to spending another few days in Nashville here again soon!

We had a wonderful stay at this home. The location was perfect-walkable to 12 South and close to Belmont University, which made getting around so easy. The space itself was cozy and comfortable and worked perfectly for me and my two teenage daughters.The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook meals, and check-in/check-out was a breeze with minimal instructions. I especially loved the office nook and desk in the bedroom, which made working from home during the stay convenient.Our stay happened during the January winter/ice storm, and we ended up needing to extend our stay by two extra days. The property manager was accommodating and made the extension process easy and stress-free, which was truly appreciated.The place was cutely decorated, had plenty of towels, and great closet space in both the bedroom and the bunk room. Overall, it felt thoughtful, comfortable, and welcoming-we’d absolutely stay here again!

Worst travel experience I’ve had in my life. I asked a very specific question about the property prior to booking and was lied to by the property management. When I arrived, since the unit was falsely advertised I had to find an alternative place to stay. The ensuing fiasco with the management regarding vacating the property and receiving a refund was the most epic failure of customer service and good judgment imaginable.Weeks later I got a supervisor on the phone from VRBO, they reviewed my claim about the false advertisement and subsequent service disaster, all of which was in the VRBO text chain. After about 2 minutes of review, they apologized profusely, said they had never seen a situation so ridiculous, and immediately refunded me the entire amount. Then apologized some more.The unit itself is average at best. The furnishings are tired. Bed was a D-. It’s on an alley filled with garbage cans. And it sits on top of the owners garage so every time they go in and out, the garage door opening and closing sounds like its in your living room. There is construction around the property. And the wifi is broadcast from the owners house next door so it barely worked at times but mostly didn’t work at all.I am probably being about 10% overly harsh about the property itself due to the lying and disastrous service, but trust me, you can do better in this area.

Lovely and well-located

I came to visit my daughter; the apartment was beautiful and new, super comfortable bed and great shower; nice and quiet at night. I felt very safe at night and it’s so close to the shops on 12 south- a great stay :))

Girls Trip

Visited Nash with couple girlfriends for the weekend. The property actually looked better than in photos! Perfect location, walking distance to restaurants and ton of shops in a safe and charming neighborhood. Very clean, comfy and cozy! Easy access!(Could use a full length mirror and some mood lighting but not a big deal).I actually decided to extend my stay and the managment responded promptly to my request.I will definitely return in the future!

A great alternative to a hotel to stay for the weekend while we moved our college student

Great location and cute place! Could use a full length mirror in the bedroom & / or additional mirror by desk or other bedroom for getting ready. Add a hairdryer too and a portabale fan.

Loved it!

We were looking to stay near 12 South and this spot was absolutely perfect! It's located less than 1 block from the town and has 2 dedicated parking spots. It was clean, spacious and had everything we needed for our week long stay. The laundry was an added bonus given we were staying for an extended period of time. There is also good amount of storage/closet space. Communication was great from start to finish and we felt like we were in good hands if we had any questions or needed anything (which we didn't). We would definitely stay here again!

Property was great. Communication of property manager ( west coast ) was bad. They gave me the wrong code to enter. Luckily we ran into Nashville based manage who have us the code. She was great.

Loved the location!

Just a few houses away from 12South shops, restaurants, bars, and there's also a nice park within a few blocks. The place was cute, clean, and the beds (except sleeper sofa) were very comfortable. Wished it had a full-length mirror, hair dryer and spices (at least salt & pepper). The coffee machine was perplexing but made good coffee when we got it to brew. Our group of 5 adults strained the available seating in living area, the towel supply, and the space overall. But even so, we were very happy with the apartment and would recommend!

Perfect Bungalow, Monkey Light A Plus

Relocating and it was just me. While I had to work, it was perfect in every way. Space is as shown. Clean, chic and I felt at home. I ate in so fully utilized the well equipped kitchen. I even had my morning coffee there each day. 12 South is my favorite neighborhood and home is steps from all the shops and in a very cute neighborhood. On my own, I felt safe and parking was right at the door. Management was very responsive and available if you need them. There is a little monkey theme and the monkey light fixture made my Instagram stories and we named him Elvis. I will definitely be back, and can’t say enough good things about this spot.
