Adorable 2 BDR Victorian house in the heart of downtown Glenwood Springs!! This charming home has everything you need for your next vacation stay.
Quaint, romantic, awesome location!!
Walking distance to ALL of the best of Downtown Glenwood! Coffee shops, Hot Springs Pool, pedestrian bridge, and downtown restaurants are about 1 block away.
This is a private Victorian house downtown with its own private entrance, small fenced yard, loft bedroom upstairs with en-suite bathroom, living room, dining room, 2nd bedroom and full bathroom downstairs, and various items needed for your stay: including a full kitchen, with oven/range microwave, toaster oven, refrigerator, coffee pot, coffee, creamers, sugar, cooking utencils, shower, toilet, sink, TV, internet, DVD player, games
ABSOLUTELY NO PETS OR SMOKING ALLOWED INSIDE THE HOUSE ($500 FINE IF VIOLATED!! This includes CANDLES, VAPES, MARIJUANA, CIGARETTES, CIGARS, INCENSE, ETC

Also, all towels, bedding, linens are to remain in the apartment at all times - towels are NOT for pool use!! If violated, we will charge $25 per towel (chlorine and minerals from the pool can destroy our towels!). You may rent towels at the Hot Springs directly.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

This house is very cute and updated. The neighborhood was amazing. It is only 2 blocks to the heart of Grand Ave and the shops and restaurants. The owner was very quick to respond to any of my concerns. I would definitely stay here again with my family.

Wonderful little house in the heart of Glenwood Springs

The accuracy of the description and pictures is on point. This cute little house was all we needed and more. It was cute, VERY clean and we didn’t want for anything for our stay. Highly recommend this place and we will be staying again. We really appreciated Luis and Kristen as well.
