New Hvac system, King size bed and RV glass door opens to bring the outside in, no matter what the weather.

Nestled in the serene setting of Santuario Grande, the Roadrunner Studio offers a unique blend of comfort and affordability. This spacious studio, originally a high-ceiling RV garage, has been transformed into a charming retreat perfect for couples or solo travelers. The modern amenities combined with rustic touches provide a welcoming atmosphere that ensures a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Rio Grande Get-away

This was the first time not staying in a hotel and this was fabulous. Dawn and Joe were great hosts meeting us upon our arrival and easy to contact anytime during our stay. Beautiful property, grounds and accommodations. We were very comfortable and everything was so clean. Look forward to another trip, maybe trying out another Casita on their property. Definitely would return to this property!
