This place is a hidden gem. Great location but once you’re inside the courtyards are so nice you won’t want to leave. The host’s answered quickly when we needed to ask a question. Definitely a place we will stay again when we visit.
Rear courtyard was perfect for morning coffee and just relaxing

Wonderful home in a nice neighborhood. Home has plenty of space and personality to match the New Mexico vibe. Nice outdoor area … very relaxing. We cooked dinner and found all of the supplies we needed. (One of the bedrooms gets quite hot, but it was fixable by covering the vent.)

The house is a hidden gem. We were a large group..6 adults and 3 tweens and one 9 year old. The space was adequate to give us all room to "spred out". While we always dined out, the kitchen did appear to be well appointed for cooking. The weather was unusually warm and we enjoyed the zen like environment of the backyard. Our only major concern were the rocks in the front patio area. We had an older family member with cancer in a weakened condition. There was no fill dirt or small stones inbetween the big chunks of flagstone. As a health care professional, i judged the rocks to be a tripping hazard. The front patio is lovely and very serene but not handicapped accesible. You would have a difficult time with anyone using a cane, walker or wheelchair. However i realize that is not a concern for most folks on a vacay

House was lovely, had plenty of room for everyone to enjoy. Backyard was beautiful. Directions clear, host accommodating with last minute changes, location was convenient for our stay.

This is a 60s house that has been renovated. Its entry is a courtyard. The house is a c shape around the courtyard. The backyard is lush and several little places to sit and have coffee. There are 4 bedrooms with comfortable beds, nice linens and cute decor. The bathrooms are modern and clean. The kitchen has a great refrigerator and all the pots and utensils you need to whip up dinner. It was a nice place to relax on our visit to New Mexico.

Sanctuary in Albuquerque

This place is amazing! The pictures are just a glimps of this home. The inside was clean, the kitchen had everything although a bit disorganized. We beds were okay, each one was different so we picked the one most comfortable for us. The front courtyard is nice but the backyard is amazing. There are so many outdoor spaces; the veranda, the patio and a bench near the pond. The rippling water was so relaxing. We felt like we didn't have any neighbors. I absolutely loved the mid centry modern layout of this home it was huge! We felt very safe in thos quiet neighborhood. There is also a small community playgroud around the corner if you are traveling with kids.

Albuquerque Oasis

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this home. There was plenty of room for our family to spread out, and also great spaces for us to spend time together. We especially enjoyed the water features and the patio areas. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Space

My husband and I and our 8 kids stayed here for one night. We all loved the magical backyard area with the little waterfall and pond. It was nice and quiet and peaceful back there. The kids loved the little court yard in the front and it was a nice safe space for them to play. Everything was clean and well put together. The kitchen was well stocked! I was sad we were only staying one night, it would have been pleasant to stay in for longer!

Disappointed

House needs a lot of tender care. Lights were going off and on. Wiring should be checked before there is a fire. Shower head on guest bathroom is very low. Dust was on furniture. Faucet in kitchenv was about to fall off. Would not recommend this house to anyone.

Beautiful home!

Beautiful home! Comfortable stay! Enough room for our family! Would definitely stay here again if needing to stay in Albuquerque again. The cars from the main road can be kind of noisy but the house itself is really nice and the backyard is super cute! Definitely recommend!

Wonderful Thanksgiving!

My family spent the Thanksgiving weekend in this wonderful home. It is very spacious and we particularly loved the open kitchen/living area. We cooked a complete Thanksgiving dinner and the well stocked kitchen provided all the items we needed. The double oven was great for such a large meal. The outdoor areas are so nice. Unfortunately it was pretty chilly so we weren’t able to enjoy them as much as we would have liked. The location was great and close to several really great restaurants. We definitely recommend this house if you are ever in the Albuquerque area.

Good location and layout

House was very cute. Nice outdoor spaces and hang out spaces. Loved the layout and courtyard When we arrived, it had been cold and snowing and there was no heat for first night. Owner was aware ans brought in electric heaters before we got there but it was not enough and kept blowing circuit. We didnt know where electric pannel was first night or two because in unexpected location outside. Owner returned communication next morning that it was in the backyard around wall. The back bathroom hor water was opposite so we thought we didn't have hot water in one bathroom until last day. It would have been good to have instructions on this and electric box. Also one toilet got plugged one day and there was so plunger and we did not want to use that roilet the rest of the time.

I cherish this home! I've spent my time here gardening, cooking, teaching private yoga sessions, creating calm and beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces. My husband fills our home with beautiful music on the piano. We are big lovers of jazz and all good music. Sarah, our daughter, a freshman at UNM helps us co-host. She is minutes away if needed. Our neighbors are the best! I am grateful we can share this space that we have loved so much! I'll do my best to provide you with an experience that I would desire. If you need any recommendations like restaurants, bars/breweries, bike trails, running spots, golf courses, local music, supermarkets or gyms/yoga, I can definitely help out. I am having great time hosting our home!
