Our Cozy Craftsman apartment - The Treehouse - is located 10 minutes from downtown Denver in a quiet, family neighborhood. Sleeps 4 adults. Nestled between Addenbrooke and Belmar Parks, we are a short walk to food and culture and 18 minutes to Red Rocks Amphitheatre. We are about 75 minutes from Breckenridge. Two sleeping spaces: Master Bedroom with king bed. Second sleeping space is Queen Murphey bed in Livingroom.

Great place. I would stay again. I worked remotely for the week and visited my elderly parents. Great access to Belmar Park. Very quiet.

This spot in Lakewood, CO is very comfortable, very clean and very welcoming. Our hosts were friendly but not intrusive at all. I give this rental my highest recommendation.

This cozy little bungalow is a lot more spacious than the title implies. Lofty ceilings, king size bed, Murphy bed in the living room make it feel much larger. The walk-in double-shower/bathtub space with glass doors separating it from the rest of the bathroom is simply an oasis! Also, it's a breeze to access and the hosts are terrific communicators. The carpets have a few stains that make you wonder if it's really clean, and the bathtub felt a little gritty, but that may have been cleanser residue.

Heidi, thank you so much for booking with us. Your feedback is very valuable to us. I will mention to Housekeeping that the cleanser in the tub is leaving a gritty residue. I know which two carpet spots you are referring. We are booked almost back-to- back all summer long so getting a carpet cleaner to address those areas is near impossible, BUT as we near the end of September, we will have a professional carpet cleaning completed. ;-) We look forward to hosting you again so you can see those items have been addressed. This was a great stay. All rooms were clean and well supplied. Secure access was provided and parking on the street in front of the property was easy and safe. Very nice neighborhood. Would definitely recommend and will try to stay there again when visiting family in the Denver area.

We had a wonderful stay when in town for our son’s wedding. The place was clean and bright and the host was readily available for any questions or requests. My only bit of advice for fellow travelers is that if you need to use the Murphy bed in the living room it is VERY bright in there in the morning, so a little hard to sleep in on a sunny day. But I’d highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Last minute stay needed. So glad this place was available. It offers a great location, Quiet neighborhood, Close to groceries, parks, gas, restaurants and entertainment. Check in and check out was seamless. Beautiful separate entrance and the luxurious bathroom alone is worth the stay. Hosts are very gracious. Jump on this one if it is available. I would definitely stay again.
