Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens & towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.

This neighborhood is amazing-we have stayed at other condos in the same complex. This unit needs some updating and TLC. Overall great stay.

Beautiful property in the heart of 30A. Very clean with amazing view of the pool. Close to all the nice spots and access to beach. Enjoyed the one free round of Golf each day with 4 courses to pick from!!! This was available as activity through “Xplor!e”. This is something I have never seen offered with any vacation.

Great location

This is a really nice, spacious condo in a beautiful complex that is an easy walking distance to the beach and so many shops and restaurants. It was ideal for our family!

This condo is huge and beautiful

This condo is spacious, beautiful and plenty of room!! Loved all the decorations too!! We r right overlooking the pool and very close to the front of the Main Street to 30A so not a far walk to the beach!! Loved our stay!!

Amazing!

The condo was beautiful and so spacious overlooking the beautiful pool area. Everything was clean and as described in the listing. Communication was super simple via text and the amenities were great. Super easy walk to the beach and shops. Honestly the only slight con was there wasn’t a broom for us to sweep up crumbs accumulated by our kids throughout the week. Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again!

Weekend trip in rosemary beach

This property was great! The pool and community really made you feel like you were in a resort. I have absolutely no complaints about the community/property itself or the location. The only feedback I'd provide is regarding how bare the kitchen is. The knives and utensils are so dull you could barely cut anything, felt more like a hazard. Additionally, my absolute favorite thing about any VRBO is when they leave the left over zip lock baggies, oil, dishwasher pods, salt and pepper ... basic essentials. Unfortunately there was nothing, so we needed to buy. In case you've never been to rosemary beach the grocery store is not walking distance, so just be prepared for the one time you do go to the store, you'll need everything. Truly, this vacation and property were amazing otherwise! We spent a TON of time on the balcony!

Villas at Seacrest

Overall good stay. The door code did not work when we arrived but was able to call property manager and get a new code. We also had an issue that none of the bathroom outlets worked but we were able to reset the GFI in the master to reset. Also lights in the kitchen kept flickering, not sure if was a LED buld going out. The carpet in the first spare bedroom and the master definitly need to be replaced, they are stained and old, On the plus side, the unit is beautiful with great balcony view of the pool. Very spacious and furniture and decorations are nice. The management company was quick to respond and helpful.

Beautiful condo and neighborhood!

My husband and I and our 3 kids had a wonderful, relaxing week in Seacrest Beach! This unit is super spacious, very well decorated, and has a great view of the beautiful pool. Couldn’t ask for a better neighborhood, the streets are lined with gorgeous palm trees, and you’re just a short walk (or free golf cart tram ride) to and from the beach, as well as shops and a couple restaurants. The only complaint we have is the cleanliness and upkeep of the unit itself… there is a significant black mold and mildew buildup in the master shower and sink, stains all over the master bedroom carpet, cockroaches, trash left under the beds from previous guests, and clusters of nail holes in the walls in a couple places. All easy fixes but just made the unit feel a little gross. Overall we were happy with our stay!

Property needed work. The drain below the kitchen sink was leaking when we arrived, as was the hall bath faucet. The hall bath did not look like it had been cleaned. Two toilets were difficult to flush, and a couple light bulbs were bad. I do not believe we were notified about the need to check in at the pool to obtain a welcome packet and bands, and the wifi address and password we were given did not work. Not happy with these things. Location was good and staff were helpful.
