Nice Neighborhood

Located in a perfect spot for a short walk to Rosemary. Also has nice shops at the front of the neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay. Private pool was definitely a plus!

Great spot!

Enjoyed our stay here… good location that is an easy walk to anything you want to do in Seacrest, Rosemary and Alys Beach. Main living area easily accommodated our group and the bedrooms were nice. Bunk room was great for the kids.

Great Stay Relaxing Long Weekend

The house is in a prime location to the beach and pools. The backyard was a perfect way to unwind after a day at the beach. The neighborhood is fantastic, within walking distance to shops and convenient shuttles to easily get you to the beach.

Great property and location

Fantastic week! Everyone really enjoyed the house and the location. The amenities were spot on. Our family of grown kids enjoyed the backyard pool, porches and close proximity to the beach. Shuttle service is close by if you don’t want to make the short walk. Will definitely book again in the future!

Great place for Family Vacation!

This place was everything we could have wanted! There was plenty of comfortable seating, very nice and comfortable outdoor furniture, space for everyone to spread out!!! The pool and pool furniture was perfect for our family! Ample kitchen ware. Parents, grown children and their spouses, and grandchild had a very wonderful vacation here! Everyone agreed that we want to come back next year!

Stunning!

The location and layout could not be more perfect! Also, the convenience of Rosemary beach and Alice beach is unreal! The house is decorated perfectly...not to mention the memory foam mattresses are AWESOME!! We went for Thanksgiving, there are so many activities! Great for kids and adults! We will definitely be back!!

Nothing short of AMAZING

We had my bachelorette trip here and all I can say is wow!!! We had the absolute best time! The pool is the perfect size and even is able to be heated! The house was perfect and the bunk bed room was a hit. Thanks for having the best house for us to stay in for weekend! We will be back!

Awesome place

Very clean and upkeep was very good. We had a very small issue with the gas grill and someone came within a couple of hours and repaired it. They came and kept the pool clean thoughout the week. Very good experience!

Forever Summer!

We loved our stay! The house was clean and ready to go! We loved that the house was in walking distance from the ocean. The pool was an added bonus! We loved the large umbrella in the back yard along with all of pool floats! The house was great for 2 families! Everyone had enough space.

Cute house - Great location!

This cute beach home made for a fun and relaxing stay for our family. There is plenty of room and it's in a great location near the shops and restaurants. The community pool is 2 blocks away and the tram stop is steps away. The home appears to be in the midst of some ongoing upgrades/renovations so there was some mis-matched cabinetry in the kitchen but overall, it's a very nice place and we enjoyed our stay.

Best Bachelorette Trip Ever!

This house was exactly what we needed for my sisters bachelorette trip! Conveniently located and easy to walk to things! We loved the pool and even more so when we showed up and realized the pine straw was gone and turf was in! The beds left a lot to be desired but that’s the only complaint. Overall, great experience! Would come back again with a big group.

A great place to stay! By far our favorite on 30a.

Our family loved staying at Happy Hour! We have stayed many places on 30a and this is by far our favorite. The home was VERY clean and had everything we needed. The large front porch and balcony off the master were our favorite. The location is great for bike rides and convenient to shopping and restaurants. Beds were very comfortable, well taken care of and decorated very nicely. We would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend! Customer service was great as well.

Enjoyed ourselves

Was a little disappointed with beach access. I ordered umbrella and chairs 5 months ahead and still they were so far back behind other sets couldn’t see ocean, then the public area was way to small. People were on top of you trying to get a spot. Felt safe but my grandson’s bike was stolen. But being with family was fun

Great location, pool is not heated and home is dated.

We chose this house because of the advertised heated pool — given our stay was during the Christmas holiday & so many homes were available at this time. However the pool was not heated for our arrival and upon daily calls to Best Beach Getaways, we were told a part was needed that would not arrive during our 7 day/ 6 night stay. The house is a bit dated. We encountered a few roaches and ants in the bathrooms & kitchen area. Checkout was 10am however the code to the house was disabled at 8:30am. The pros: The location of the home is perfect; easy walk to the restaurants, shops in Rosemary Beach. There were sufficient beds and bathrooms for our 2 families - party of 9.

Senior Trip / Family Trip

We split our week into 1/2 Senior trip, 1/2 family trip. The house is great!!! Perfect set up for our crew! Bunk room was exactly what we needed and we definitely appreciated having the laundry on the 2nd floor with the majority of the bedrooms! There is a small bar/fridge area upstairs that was great for water and drinks to keep everyone from having to run downstairs constantly. The front porch and large balcony are so cozy and relaxing. Even during the thunderstorm, we enjoyed sitting on the sectional on the balcony. The pool in the backyard was phenomenal and our saving grace (also was one of the largest that we saw in the area)!! While the younger adults loved the location and riding bikes everywhere, the older ones disliked the hassle to get to the beach and lack of space once you finally got there. I combed through reviews but never saw anything about the beach issue. There’s only about 30 yards of beach front for hundreds of houses, so keep that in mind when you’re going to the beach! A few tips - GET THERE EARLY, only take what you can carry up and down the stairs because they don’t allow beach wagons, and make sure to have your access bracelets on or else you will get turned around! The community pool is HUGE but fills up quickly so you’ll also have to get there early if you want a chair. The tram stop is right past the house, so that was very convenient. The area does have plenty of shopping and restaurants within walking distance so we enjoyed all of that being so close. Overall, I gave 4/5 stars because everything was perfect but I wish we would have known more about the “lack of beach” situation so we could have prepared better. We will definitely be visiting the area again just for the dining, shopping and the general vibe of the area.
