Close to shops and walking distance to beach. Beds are a little uncomfortable but my dad owns a mattress company so I’m a snob.

A perfect location, very nice home, very clean and well equipped, walkable to everything! Pool is a great perk on top of the community pool. We rented bikes with their recommendation, which worked out great. The beach space set aside for the community is limited, however was still wonderful. Thank you from our family

Lovely home!

We had a wonderful time staying at this property. It was a beautiful and clean home located in the perfect area. So seasonings so if you plan to cook be prepared to bring salt and pepper.

We loved our stay here! Location was so amazing you’re close to Rosemary town and the pool was great. The backyard has been updated from the photos and it’s such a great space!

Nice Neighborhood

Located in a perfect spot for a short walk to Rosemary. Also has nice shops at the front of the neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay. Private pool was definitely a plus!

Good for a big family

The house was very conveniently located and the pool was a big plus for our two year old grandson who wasn’t a big fan of the beach the first couple of days. I’d only echo others’ complaints about the very small beach space available for properties in this subdivision - not enough for the number of people.

Swimming Heaven

My husband and I took our kids to stay near the beach. It is near the beach and the sand is white and powdery. Loved it. Also loved that there was no bugs outside. Two things to know. You have to go to the big public pool in the neighborhood in order to get bracelets so you can go to the beach. Also, you can't ride your bikes to the beach. You can ride around to the stores and restaurants, but you have to park your bikes a couple blocks from the beach itself. The backyard private pool was the biggest hit with our kids.

Great location, pool is not heated and home is dated.

We chose this house because of the advertised heated pool — given our stay was during the Christmas holiday & so many homes were available at this time. However the pool was not heated for our arrival and upon daily calls to Best Beach Getaways, we were told a part was needed that would not arrive during our 7 day/ 6 night stay. The house is a bit dated. We encountered a few roaches and ants in the bathrooms & kitchen area. Checkout was 10am however the code to the house was disabled at 8:30am. The pros: The location of the home is perfect; easy walk to the restaurants, shops in Rosemary Beach. There were sufficient beds and bathrooms for our 2 families - party of 9.

Perfect Getaway

Went for a bachelorette party with 8 girls and this was a perfect house! More than enough space, beautiful inside, and the pool out back was an added luxury. Would be an incredible spot for a family vacation as well; I hope to return!

Best Bachelorette Trip Ever!

This house was exactly what we needed for my sisters bachelorette trip! Conveniently located and easy to walk to things! We loved the pool and even more so when we showed up and realized the pine straw was gone and turf was in! The beds left a lot to be desired but that’s the only complaint. Overall, great experience! Would come back again with a big group.

Was a little disappointed with beach access. I ordered umbrella and chairs 5 months ahead and still they were so far back behind other sets couldn’t see ocean, then the public area was way to small. People were on top of you trying to get a spot. Felt safe but my grandson’s bike was stolen. But being with family was fun

We loved our stay! The house was clean and ready to go! We loved that the house was in walking distance from the ocean. The pool was an added bonus! We loved the large umbrella in the back yard along with all of pool floats! The house was great for 2 families! Everyone had enough space.

Overall we enjoyed our stay on 30A. This house could use some TLC and the starter in the bbq pit doesn’t work, so bring matches or a lighter. The actual location of the home was close to everything and having our own pool was also convenient. We will be back to 30A next year!

Awesome place

Very clean and upkeep was very good. We had a very small issue with the gas grill and someone came within a couple of hours and repaired it. They came and kept the pool clean thoughout the week. Very good experience!

Great location, awesome pool but dated property

First-this property couldn’t be in a better location. You are directly next to Seacrest shops and restaurants, only one block from Rosemary beach and Alys beach. We walked to both towns often. The beach is a solid 5 minute walk but there is a tram that can pick you up (only 9-5). You cannot take your bikes, carts or wagons on the beach entrance so plan to walk 6 blocks with all of your stuff. My biggest problem is that there is literally zero beach space. They provide you with 30 ft for 600 homes. People come at 5 am to put chairs down and you don’t have 5 ft of space between you. The house is dated-carpet was ripped and stained everywhere, the furniture was chipped and old. We didn’t mind this as all as we had little kids and we just wanted a house that was clean and had a pool! The house was clean upon arrival but the backyard had junk everywhere. The landscaping is very dated and it just looks junky. The cooler in back was disgusting and full of mold. The pool itself was amazing and we spent most of our time in it, such a wonderful experience! The rooms are pretty small and the master is nice but again very dated. Overall If you care more about being close to Rosemary beach and having a pool-this is great. But it didn’t come with a single bike, no beach chairs, no toys-nothing. They give you a “$160” credit but that covers 4 bikes. We loved the location, loved Seacrest-but having to fight for beach space, not having access to the tram after 5, not being able to drop things off at the beach and the dates property were all concerns.

Great Stay Relaxing Long Weekend

The house is in a prime location to the beach and pools. The backyard was a perfect way to unwind after a day at the beach. The neighborhood is fantastic, within walking distance to shops and convenient shuttles to easily get you to the beach.
