Magnolia House 211 is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo perfect for a beach getaway with coastal vibes and convenient amenities. The master bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed, while the second bedroom has a twin over-queen bunk bed with a twin trundle bed, making it ideal for families or groups of friends. The condo also includes a washer and dryer for added convenience. The master bedroom features a bath and shower combo, providing a relaxing space to clean up after a day at the beach.

In addition to the private amenities, residents of Destin Pointe enjoy access to a variety of resort-style community features. Take a refreshing dip in one of three resort pools, each offering a relaxing escape from the coastal sun. Explore the scenic surroundings with complimentary adult bikes, perfect for leisurely rides along the community’s winding paths.

I liked being so close to the hot tub and pool, the beach was a short walk, fireworks topped off the evening several nights, the place was exceptionally clean, and it was quiet at night. We enjoyed yr stay. We love Destin Point.

Condo nice. Master bedroom fan did not work. Not a problem used the other shower most of the week.

The condo unit was clean and updated, would stay again. I was a little disappointed with the lack of kitchen equipment, there was not a good knife to use at all. There were not a lot of beach toys or boards either, however, we did leave behind the ones we bought so the renters after us will have some.

Perfect location but condo needs updates!

We LOVED the resort, neighborhood, and all of the amenities. Our condo was just ok. It smelled like the dirty carpet in two of the rooms which has not been updated in ages, it seems. There were still remnants of Christmas items around the condo, kitchen items were hard to find, and there were many dirty items like the throw pillows and shower curtain, upon arrival. We had a few things we called the office about on day 1 and they responded very quickly. Overall, we loved the view and the experience but would choose a different condo!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The view was wonderful. The staff very responsive. The bed is comfortable but the rentals could use heavier blankets and or comforters. The drawers need to be cleaned, very dusty. Overall the furniture was okay. The ratton furniture and artificial flowers made the rental smell dusty. Had problems with tv, furnace , curtain rod and dishwasher but staff very responsive to our concerns.
