Family reunion spot
Very comfortable spot for 3 couples with 2bedrooms and 2.5 bathroom on the lowest level, a very inviting kitchen, living/dining area with a gorgeous wall of windows facing the mountains and Fall foliage in the second, and the large master with spacious bath on the top level.
Lots of stairs but not an issue for us.
Only glitch was that our request for the BR with 2 twins be set up as a King was forgotten - disappointing for the guests staying in that one, but we worked around that. Overall, a lovely, relaxing spot for our family reunion!
Wonderful place to stay
Within walking distance to lifts and downtown. Very nice place to spend some time. Highly recommended!
Nicely appointed home near the Town Lift
Wonderful location close to the Town Lift and Park City restaurants and shopping. This lovely property is great for couples and families. It was nice to be able to hot tub after a day of skiing. Only one minor complaint- the hot tub needs some work as some caulking was loose, shreds of caulking were in the water, and a panel was pulling off. The temp was comfortable and was a nice way to relax and chat. Thanks for the humidifiers in each bedroom as the air can get quite dry.
Thanks for staying with us!
Great property with excellent location. The layout of the property is a little challenging but overall it’s very desirable. Hot tub needed a little work at first. Park City Lodging addressed and fixed the problem immediately. Will definitely consider this property again
Thanks for staying with us!
Great location and set up for multi generation families
The house was well stocked and Park City Lodging gets 5 stars for concierge services! They were wonderful with getting extra humidifiers and an extra coffee maker to the property upon request. We enjoyed the split levels to separate our family and the grandparents. It really could not have been a better floor plan. I'm giving it 3 stars though because we were so disappointed that the hot tub was not hot enough to use. I specifically booked this home instead of another for nearly $1000 more for the week to have access to the private hot tub after our skiing adventures. The tub would only hover around 98 degrees when opened. That's not warm enough for a nice soak when it's 20 degrees outside. The max temperature is 104 which is the same temp as our hot tub in Florida. Maintenance did a check while we were there and said everything was working properly. The dryer didn't work well either. It took nearly 4 hours for our clothes to dry. I'd give his home 5 stars had the hot tub worked properly though. The water pressure in two of the bathrooms was very poor. The main bathroom downstairs only got a trickle and was either too hot or too cold. The smallest shower in the twin bedroom was wonderful though. We had everyone showering in one bathroom. We enjoyed the close proximity to the bus stop, Main Street shopping and sledding at the library as well. We loved Park City and would certainly stay with Park City Lodging in the future.
