Walk to Main St & Town Lift | Private Hot Tub | Heated Driveway

Steps to Main Street & Town Lift | Private Hot Tub | Heated Driveway

Welcome to your perfect Park City retreat! This stylish three-story townhouse combines unbeatable location with cozy mountain charm. Nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood, you're just a half block from the Town Lift at Park City Mountain Resort and historic Main Street — home to world-class dining, shopping, and nightlife. Whether you're here for skiing, hiking, biking, or simply soaking in the alpine atmosphere, everything is at your doorstep.

Inside, you'll find spacious, sun-filled rooms with gorgeous mountain and Main Street views. The home features warm wood floors, tasteful décor, a fireplace, and an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area designed for gathering. Step out to the backyard deck and sink into your private hot tub under the stars.

The layout is perfect for families or groups:

Upstairs: Three bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom.
Main Level: Living room, kitchen, dining area, fireplace, and access to the deck & hot tub.
Lower Level: An additional bedroom and half bath.

Extras that make your stay stress-free: a heated garage-turned mudroom/playroom for gear storage, a heated driveway with space for 3–4 cars, and grocery delivery available. Free city shuttles mean a rental car isn't necessary — but if you bring one, you'll never have to worry about icy parking.

With Deer Valley and Canyons Village just minutes away, plus endless year-round adventures from snowshoeing to mountain biking, this is the ideal home base for your Park City getaway.

My wife and I spent a long weekend with our 5 kids and this was a perfect house for us to enjoy Park City. The house is in a great location as we would easily walk to downtown and enjoy all it offered! We be enjoyed the bbq grill and also the hot tub the whole weekend!! The house has a very fun older feel with the furniture and decorations that made us feel like we were spending a very fun weekend at the grandparents!!

Excellent Accommodations and Great Location!

Lots of room in this 3 story, 4 bedroom home for our ski vacation group. Home was well furnished and allowed our group to spread out. No need for a car, as Town Lift and Main Street restaurants/shops were only a short walk away.

Apologies that we could not allow your dog. We'd just recarpeted and repainted. There is no time to remediate accidental stains from wet, snowy, and salty paws in between renters during the high ski season. Plus, most of the bedding and towels are new (as are the appliances).
