Inside, you'll find spacious, sun-filled rooms with gorgeous mountain and Main Street views. The home features warm wood floors, tasteful décor, a fireplace, and an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area designed for gathering. EXCELLENT stay! So close to lift.

Loved this house so much. Great location, great communication and so close to the main town lift. It felt very homey and beds were very comfortable.

Wonderful place in Park City

I stayed here with some girlfriends for a weekend and it was perfect! Very warm and cozy but also plenty of space for all of us. Access to downtown and ski resort is excellent. I would highly recommend this lovely home!

Great location!

This property was PERFECT for our needs. So close to Main Street-such a lovely short walk. The house itself was big enough for 5 adults and two small children. The description of the house is correct.

Great Location!

It was nice having a private hot tub, a wood burning fireplace, gas grill, and stove to prepare meals on. It was wonderful that each bedroom had its own bathroom. Having a washer and dryer while on a ski vacation is a HUGE bonus! The owner, Kim, was easy to work with. The location is amazing!

Great location and accommodation!

Our family of 7 plus 2 babies had a wonderful stay in the townhouse - it met all of our needs and was very comfortable! The 2 living room/sitting areas gave us great space to spread out and 3 1/2 baths were a plus! Location was perfect! The short walk to the lift and main street shops, theater and restaurants was wonderful. Enjoyed the very clean hot tub! The owner was very accommodating, very flexible and easy to get in contact with for any questions. I would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Park City.

Great Location for Skiing and Going to Town

Property was accurately described. You can’t find a better location for both skiing at Park City during the day and enjoying Old Town PC in the evening. Close to bus stop as well if you don’t rent a car and need to get to the grocery store, etc.. Kim was always prompt in answering my questions and was very accommodating. We will be back!

Cozy and close to everything!

I can't imagine an easier stay in a nicer place. The location could not be better-a short flat walk to Town Lift and a short downhill walk to the shops and restaurants of town. The condo is a condo in name only (and because of one shared wall). It's huge, quiet, and beautifully appointed. I selfishly don't want this secret special place to get out!

Great Long Weekend in Park City

The location of this house was awesome - just a short walk to the shuttle that took us to Park City Mountain Resort and Deer Valley, and a quick walk to Main Street and all of the restaurants. House was clean and well maintained - it was perfect for our extended family which included people from age 5 to 75. Owners were super helpful and very flexible. Thank you again!

We had a great time staying at this house. I've been coming to Park City for years and am pretty skeptical of the "short walk to town lift'' claims made for all sorts of locations, but this place is genuinely a short, stay-in-your-ski-boots walk to the lift, which was terrific. And with three floors we were able to spread out to get sleep even if some of us stayed up late. A nice clean house, and we'd definitely stay there again.

Great home, well set up, made for a wonderful and fun trip.

We rented this home for our Adult family of 8 for a weekend get away. The location was perfect, it was a short walk to the town lifts and downtown strip. All restaurants, shops, etc were a close and it was wonderful that we did not even need a rental car. The home was well explained, clean, warm, spacious and a great layout. Owners were friendly, easy to work with and very through! Park city mountain was a bit crowded that was the only down fall. Bus system was easy to use and get around. I certainly recommend this home without reserve!

Terrific location

The location one block from town lift is perfect for skiers. Hot tub was welcome at the end of the day and the kitchen has everything you need for cooking at home.

Awesome Place for Park City

This place was awesome! Very thankful for our opportunity to stay here. The house is about 2 blocks from Town Lift, Rentals, and plenty of Bars/Restaurants. The place is well equipped and truly a vacation home, not an investment property full of cheap stuff. The owner and management company are both quick to respond and very nice. We had no issues at all, but feel if there ever was one it would remedied quickly. Everyone in our party complimented the house often. It's absolutely an 8 star property on a 5 star scale. We would be thrilled for the opportunity to come back!
