We have huge rooms, roomy bathrooms and 2 giant wraparound-decks! Did I say the house was round?!?! Yes! A geometric dome house!! THE COOLEST HOUSE in Hot Springs. 3 stories with geometric sky lights so you can lay in one of our big comfy king beds and look at the stars above! Awesome huge house provide lots of space to spread out yet great places to all get together. For instance our large downstairs has 2 king rooms and a full size pool table, fooseball, dining table, games and deck games too; with its own decking equipped with swings and patio furniture. Overlooking a large FLAT grassy yard and a gorgeous quiet waterfront view and access of Lake Hamilton. Thankfully not on the big and busy main channel; therefore you can let the kids swim, float and enjoy without fear of hundreds of boats right out the door. Yet deep enough to boat, swim, wade, and we have water year round ( even after the draw down).
This is one cool and unique home. At 4500 sq. feet spread out over 3 stories. We’ve been fortunate to host the sweetest of families, anywhere from 10 to 16: plenty of room for the cousins you never get to see. Huge and wide handicapped accessible wraparound deck with several sliding doors and more tables and chairs than you can count. With Hot Springs having so few bugs, we personally prefer outside dining options. We designed the deck with that in mind. Grill and eat with your family on our huge deck overlooking the lake. The Round House is 10-15 minutes from downtown Hot Springs or Oaklawn, yet Walmart grocery, Lost Creek Grill, Subway and much more just a few minutes from the Round House. It’s quiet here and away from all of the traffic yet so close to all of the happenings too. Watch the deer, geese, and roadrunners play in the yard! The lake here is the same, very settled and quiet, even in the busiest of lake days, yet only a 5 minute boat ride to Bubba Brews or the busiest of water activities. The lake access is perfect here for kids to wade into and swim or look for rocks. Tie off your boat and head inside to relax and wait on the grilled food!
Private home on the shore of Lake Hamilton. 5 large bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, game room, the game room is on the lower level, with a new pool table, and Foosball table, as well as pub dining and 2 large KING bedrooms and shared restroom. We have TWO queen pullout sofas as well as 3 twin roll out beds. Nothing funnier than a house full of beds pulled out and full of cousins, friends or siblings- laughing and making fun all during the night.
Outside decking on the lower level consists of a swing, dining area as well as more games.
The yard here is wonderful for the kids. IT'S FLAT! We have a huge flat yard for the kids to play, while parents watch from the deck. The yard also has a huge fire-pit and we've provided Smore kits for you!
Also, the reflectors on the driveway are in place to help you and me both. Please do not park or drive over them. They mark field lines, septic, holes, etc. As with many lake properties, our driveway is too steep for boat trailers and campers or even shorter self contained trailers; we have a nice boat ramp and parking there for your boat trailers- within yards of the Round House!
