Indulge in a Celebrity/King-like experience while staying at this exquisite Lakefront residence! Nestled on Lake Hamilton in a secluded cove just off the main channel, you can enjoy watching passing boats without being seen. The property features a private boat dock for all your watercraft needs. The master bedroom is a romantic retreat with a king-size bed and a 9-foot electric fireplace accompanied by a 72-inch curved TV. Whether you are looking for a perfect family getaway, an adult escape with a gourmet kitchen, or a luxurious space for the discerning traveler, this high-end home has it all. Boasting 4 bedrooms, additional sleeping areas, 3.5 baths, a primary en-suite with a jetted tub, walk-in shower, and spacious dressing room, this home also offers an exercise room, den, card table, kids game room, a private balcony, and two decks with BBQ facilities, and much more. Photos do not do this beauty justice! Please note that the base rate is for 8 guests, however there is an additional rate of $21.00 per each additional guest over 8, up to full occupancy of 15 guest .

Hamilton Lake

The property was amazing. We had enough space and beds for everyone that came on vacation. The location on the lake was great for boating activities. We had a few hiccups with the house but JB was on top of it and got it handled. We would highly recommend this property for families.

Nice place

Very cool layout, nice view of the lake, and the boat dock was key. Excellent fishing. Probably better for older kids and teens than little kids, but overall, quite nice (the deck is awesome!).

I loved everything about the property!

Everything at the property was great, from cooking supplies to toiletries it was there. The property itself was beautiful. It looked just like it looks online. We really enjoyed our stay. It's a must we return.

Great property right on the water w covered boat dock.

We spent a week n June 2021 at the property. House has plenty of space and great boat dock. Cove is very shallow but fine for our wakeboard boat. Would stay here again!! JB was excellent host and easy to communicate with.

Fantastic Getaway in rural Arkansas

The House was good as advertised on the VBRO site.No fabrications was encountered.The House is located in Rural Hot Springs Arkansas with access to Lake Hamilton from the backyard of the house.Plenty of rooms and spaces.The property is well kept and maintained.For the price it is a bargain that the entire family will enjoy.

Lazy rainy days

We spent most of our vacation in this great house due to the rain. Plenty of room to lay around and relax. Every morning we would drink coffee and watch the turtles come up for breakfast. Short walks around the neighborhood were nice and peaceful. Would diffinatly visit again.

Beautiful home on the water

We enjoyed this home tremendously! Unfortunately the weather was not great, and it was the beginning of the coronavirus restrictions. If it weren’t for this lovely home we would have had a terrible vacation. Thank you for providing a wonderful and clean home. It has all the amenities a family would want.

Absolutely Amazing

This property is absolutely amazing! The property manager was better than a personal assistant and full of knowledge which made the trip even better. We are already looking forward to our next trip so we can book this property again. I would recommend this property to anyone that wants to get away and not have to worry about anything. Fantastic Arkansas Hot Springs Getaway for the entire family!

The place was really, really clean when we arrived. The owner was more than cooperative and communicative via email and text message. We had no problems finding the place and getting into the massive, expansive property that featured plenty of places to sleep and to unwind for all of us. We were looking for a place to 'escape' from it all and we totally found it at this property. There is a game room, an exercise room, and plenty of places for our kids to run around and jump around and to relax. There are two places to fire up a grill and to enjoy some fine cooking while enjoying all that Arkansas has to offer. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to relax at the Hot Springs.

Nice Quiet Lakeview

This home is definitely as it appears in the photos. I booked this home for a nice family dinner for the holidays. I was able to cook all of our meals with the provided cookware. While watching tv and burning the fire. 1 room on each of the 3 levels have access to the balcony. We were able to make s’mores with the fire pit, while watching the ducks in the lake. The host (JB) was very accommodating, and very friendly. He also responds to messages quickly. We will definitely return!!

Because of Arkansas' humid weather & this property being in a country setting, wildlife such as deer, skunks, raccoons, opossums, squirrels, fox, armadillos, snakes, mice, owls, bugs (moths, flies, water bugs, spiders, ants, walking sticks, mosquitoes, etc), &/or other wildlife may be present on or near the property. Bugs may also come into the house, even tho we spray at least monthly.
