Family Spring Break

The property was clean and nice. Very close to anything you wanted to do outside of the resort. Had some issues with the hot water, a broken handle in the main bath, and one of the sinks being plugged… property managers said someone was coming out to fix yet no one came out to fix. Overall, we would come back however disappointed in the property managers.

The room was exceptionally clean. Beautiful views from the living room/balcony. Check-in was a little chaotic as the code we were given didn’t work, however as soon as we called they fixed the issue immediately. My only complaint would be lack of blankets (our room was very cold in the bedrooms but hot in the living room), the lighting in the bedrooms was subpar & there weren’t enough outlets for the amount of lamps provided, and lastly my own personal preference would be softer beds - but I promise you that wouldn’t stop us from booking this room again. The walk to the bar, restaurant, and amenities provided by edgewater was convenient as we were not located in the main tower. My family and I hope that next season we can book this same room again!!!

Thank you for sharing such thoughtful feedback and for your kind words about the cleanliness, views, and convenient location. I am sorry for the initial check-in issue with the code and will make sure this process is reviewed. I also regret the lack of blankets and the temperature difference between the bedrooms and living room, and this will be looked into. Your comments about the bedroom lighting and outlet placement are appreciated and will be reviewed. I understand your preference for softer beds and will also take this into consideration.
