OCCUPANCY LIMIT 10 guests - This 4 bedroom 1 bath cottage has a large yard, views of Sebago Lake, and just 0.2 miles from Nason's Beach. Your rental comes with a free walk on pass to Nason's Beach. All the living area is on the 1st floor. A open floor plan combines the living room, dining room, and kitchen. 2 bedrooms with king beds. The 3rd bedroom has a futon. The 4th bedroom has 1 twin bed and 1 full. There is also a sleeper sofa in the foyer. There are lake views from most rooms. The cottage also central air! There is a Washer and dryer included. DOG CONSIDERED WITH $125 PET FEE

Great Stay

The stay at this cabin was great. The kitchen was fantastic and we loved the open yard and fire pit. Lots of space to enjoy and close to the public beach. We didn't realize the beach had a fee to use but that was not to fault the cabin for. Overall we enjoyed the stay.

We meant to have the beach pass in place for your stay but we dropped the ball ( Sorry about that) Future guest can access the beach by letting the Nanson's Beach employee know you are staying at Mary's Lakeview. Perfect Location

Fantastic location for a short walk to the lake. Tons to do and see, or just chill in the backyard. Our pup loved the yard and woods, and Eric, the property manager is awesome.

Great location for wedding guest

The property was great! It's definitely a cabin/cottage on a lake but was clean, neat, well appointed, and fit the bill for us as wedding guests at a wedding at Autumn Lane. Beds were comfortable, and even though we didn't really use much, the kitchen was well appointed. We were a family of 4 and everyone had their own space. We would have loved a second bathroom, but we knew that going in. Would stay again if we were in the area.

Nice spacious place

The house is a short walk down hill to beach you can pay to park or walk down nice beach with boat rentals and small store for candy and last minute items. The house inside was perfect clean and had most of kitchen necessities. View of water from 3 of 4 rooms. Host was responsive when had questions. Short 10 min drive to downtown with Resturant’s and shops. Outside of place could use some work but very satisfied overall and would stay again.
