Welcome to a beautiful condo located right on Lake Hamilton! This is a super cozy and clean 1 bedroom, 2 bathroom- perfect for small families or a couples getaway! The master bedroom has a queen and its own bathroom. There is also a pull out twin bed ottoman in the master bedroom. There is a second full bath and sofa bed in the living room. Located on a very quiet part of the lake, this condo is unbeatable with peaceful lake access right off of the main canal.

Rarely can a more cozy and desirably located condo be found! Enjoy Hamilton Shores 4 that has amenities galore- This condo has a kitchen, washer, and dryer. We offer WiFi and have a Smart TV in the living room . Guests can log into their favorite streaming service and watch their shows.

Enjoy Lake Hamilton, right in the backyard of this condo, and explore all of the activities that the water may hold! Nearby marinas such as Hot Springs Marina, Salty Dog Marina, or Gregg Orr Marina offer boat rentals. Enjoy water-sports, restaurants on the water, or a nice sunset drive!

Our property is located in beautiful Hot Springs, Arkansas, convenient to popular attractions such as Historic Downtown Hot Springs, Oaklawn Racing Casino Resort, Northwood Trails, Magic Springs, Mid-America Museum, and all of the gorgeous surrounding lakes: Lake Catherine, Lake Degray, Lake Ouachita, and Lake Hamilton. There is also all grocery, shopping, restaurants and dining, and entertainment that all begin within minutes of our property!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Hot Springs. Particular highlights were the Garvan Gardens and our hike around the mountain. “Right on the Water” was great place to stay, it had everything that we need and the location was close to everything that we needed. We hope to return again in the future.

The owners are amazing. They communicate well and provide more than I needed in the condo. The place is beautiful. You wake up to a beautiful lake and can even catch a gorgeous sun setting right at the condo patio. I cooked, did my laundry, never had problems with parking or neighbors. ONLY problem I have, is I wish I could have stayed longer. Thank you guys so much!!!

We love hiking, boating, kayaking, swimming, and fishing along with all of the historic and fun downtown things Hot Springs has to offer. We're looking forward to hosting you!

Why they chose this property

Our condo is the perfect set up for two couples or a family to enjoy for a weekend, a week, or longer. We have personally spent months at a time enjoying being right on the water and right in town. A small complex with only 20 units the area is not crowded with supurb views of the water from anywhere in the condo. All of that and you're minutes away from any shopping or entertainment in town you may want to partake of.
