Sunset Terrace Condo # 108 er en nyrenoveret Gulf Front Condo med en opvarmet pool, placeret på 2312 Gulf Drive i Bradenton Beach. Det tilbyder en spektakul��r udsigt over Den Mexicanske Golf fra næsten alle værelser. Denne smukke to sovev��relse, to bad condo sover seks med en king size seng, en queen size seng og to queen size aero senge. Nyd din morgenkaffe fra verandaen med udsigt over stranden.

Denne f��rste etage enhed er blevet smukt vedligeholdt og giver alle faciliteter til din komfort. Der er en vaskemaskine og tørretumbler i enheden til din brug. Der er et 42 "LCD-tv i stuen med en BluRay DVD og adgang til Netflix, hvis du har en konto hos dem. Der er et 46 "LCD-tv i soveværelset med en dvd og et 31" LCD-tv i gæstesoveværelset med dvd-afspiller. Trådløst højhastigheds internet med udvidet kabel og gratis indenlandsk langdistanceopkald er til rådighed.

Sunset Terrace er en meget populær Bradenton Beach leje så vær venlig at bestille tidligt. Det er et ophold på mindst en uge. Sunset Terrace er et røgfrit hotel.

My daughter and her family received a call on the way to their condo, same building as we were staying that the pool was closed and part of the parking lot was closed. They were moved to a different property. We were never contacted by the owners or property management. I reached out myself to the property management and they had to move us to different condo separating us from my our daughter’s family. The property was booked back in Oct. It was very stressful and disappointing as all our plans were ruined.I would suggest booking thru a property management company and not Vrbo based on our experience.

The unit was clean, well stocked and easily accessible using 2 flights of stairs. Beds and furniture was comfortable. There's a storage unit downstairs to store your beach items. They had some items but we had brought our own since traveling by car. The property management company was incredibly responsive when we arrived to a chirping smoke detector. They were very conscientious and friendly. Will definitely return!

Sunset view!

The beach access and sunset view was spectacular! We had a wonderful vacation with quick and easy access to the trolley. All initial questions and matters were answered and resolved immediately! I would love to stay here again if and when we return! Thank you !

Great stay at this property.

I am not giving a 5 star to this property due to some description that says, property was renewed. Yes I can tell it was renewed but it was a long time ago since the kitchen is very old. A couple of examples, you enter the master bathroom and there is no switch to turn the lights on inside of the bathroom, both bathrooms have sink stoppers that gets stuck and do not come up again. They have chairs on wheels that are waiting for an accident to happen that may cause big trouble. Those are details that did not jeopardize our stay, on the other side the views and proximity to the beach are wonderful. The overall evaluation is a place a recommend especially if you are budget conscious.

Beauty in Bradenton

This property was absolutely perfect for my family. The beach was amazing and we loved that there were no crowds. The condo has everything we needed for our stay. My only recommendation is that the storage unit be cleaned out due to most items being broken. We did leave a new umbrella for the next guest. I would definitely rent this unit again!!

Great location!

Great location, close to everything! Nice accommodations with everything you need for a low key week’s stay. Beautiful sunsets right from the lanai while sipping cocktails!

The property manager sent a housekeeping employee to clean it but she wasn't able to remove the smell either. The refrigerator had some of the odor, too. The dish washer didn't clean the dishes and didn't open the door for the detergent to be released usually and required several washes to get them clean. The beach view and access were amazing. However, the price was too much for the condition inside the condo.

Not the best stay

Reviewer Comments: We had quite a few problems with the recent stay, which I will try to summarize.1) The staff was not helpful or friendly when I picked up keys. I had emailed about an early check in, they made no mention of it, said they would text if cleaners got done early - and did not, although the cleaners were done an hour early.2) The door code we were given for our May stay was the same in October.3) The storage locker is full of broken furniture and bad smell - we called and left a vm, never got a call back.4) The water in the second shower only got lukewarm, not hot.Needless to say, we will not be using Island Vacation properies in the future.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The view was wonderful, you cannot get a better view of the beach or be as close. I was disappointed in the master bed mattress, sagged, and the cleanliness of the dishes. Glasses/silverware/skillet were not clean and needed to be hand washed to remove dried food. Skillets needed to be replaced. We thought we would have access to beach chairs/umbrella, but the storage unit was locked. Our neighbors had access to theirs. Couch sagged and loveseat was somewhat better. Overall, I spent 90% of time on deck/beach and enjoyed Bradenton tremendously. I have stayed at better locations, so I would return to the area, just not this location.
