Sunset Terrace Condo #108 is a newly renovated Gulf front condo with a heated pool, located at 2312 Gulf Drive in Bradenton Beach. It offers a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico from almost every room. This beautiful two bedroom, two bath condo sleeps six with a king size bed, a queen size bed and two queen size aero beds. Enjoy your morning coffee from the screened porch overlooking the beach.
This first floor unit has been beautifully maintained and provides every amenity for your comfort. There is a washer and dryer in the unit for your use. There is a 42" LCD television in the living room with a BluRay DVD and access to Netflix, if you have an account with them. There is a 46" LCD television in the master bedroom with a DVD and a 31" LCD television in the guest bedroom with DVD player. Wireless high speed internet with expanded cable and free domestic long distance calling are provided.
Covered parking and a heated pool complete the package.
Sunset Terrace is a very popular Bradenton Beach rental so please book early. It is a one week minimum stay. Sunset Terrace is a smoke free property.
This property requires a $500.00 deposit for weekly reservations and a $1000.00 deposit for monthly reservations. This deposit is paid by credit card and does apply toward the final balance of the rent.
All deposits and rental payments are non-refundable if you cancel unless you have chosen to purchase the travel insurance which would protect your deposit and/or rent in case you have to cancel due to illness, death in the family, weather related delays or any other coverable event that prevents you from making the trip. The travel insurance is optional.
The final payment is due sixty (60) days prior to occupancy by personal check. If you choose to put your final balance on your credit card, there is a 3% fee. Wire transfers are an option also. Any bank fees deducted from a payment are the responsibility of the guest.
Our rentals will generally run from Saturday to Saturday, especially during very busy months and over holidays.
Rates do vary over throughout the year and are calculated at higher rates during our busiest months of March and July as well as the holiday weeks of Easter, July 4th, Thanksgiving and Christmas.

We loved the set up of the condo as well as location, but the kitchen was small/too many dishes!
We loved Sunset Terrace and are returning next spring! The condo was not as clean as it could have been. The carpets in the bedrooms are old and dirty and should be removed in my opinion. The kitchen is small, but if there weren’t so many unnecessary dishes, there would be room for somewhere to go with the guests groceries. We loved dining in and enjoying the lanai as opposed to eating out and having to wait and waste our time! Also, the storage closet for 108, needs to be gone through and all the broken items removed. I would also recommend adding what items are useable in the closet (chairs, umbrellas and canopy) to the overview on the website. That would’ve been helpful information for our stay. Overall, we had a wonderful vacation and would highly recommend this property!
