Subiendo 12 escalones desde su puerta de entrada se encuentra una hermosa vista del Golfo y la playa. ¡A solo 75 pasos de la playa, no hay caminos para cruzar! Fabulosa ubicación! Amplio, ligero y tranquilo son formas de describir este condominio de 1395 pies cuadrados con 2 dormitorios y 2 baños en la hermosa isla de Anna Maria. Hay una cama king en el dormitorio principal, una reina en el segundo dormitorio y un colchón de aire y Pack and Play para niños o adolescentes. Amplias habitaciones!
Ubicado aproximadamente a la mitad de la costa del Golfo en AMI en Holmes Beach. No hay rascacielos, solo la vieja Florida en su mejor momento.Eso es lo que obtendrás si te quedas en Gulf Beach Place. Un complejo de 8 unidades (2 edificios) con piscina climatizada, en una parte tranquila y menos transitada de Gulf Drive.
Convenientemente ubicado a solo 3 cuadras a pie (hacia atrás) o a 2 minutos. conducir a supermercados, farmacias, alquiler de bicicletas y restaurantes.
Solo un corto viaje en tranvía o en bicicleta en cualquier dirección desde GBP lo llevará a lugares de interés histórico, excelente pesca, restaurantes frente al golfo y bares tiki. Hay música en vivo en varios lugares la mayoría de las noches y / o días cada semana. El arte local está disponible para comprar tiendas exclusivas en las inmediaciones.

We absolutely loved our stay at Sandy Cheeks and Barefeet. So close to the beach, wonderful views and a spacious, comfortable condo. The place was well stocked and so lovely. We will definitely rent this place again. We had the lovely opportunity to meet the owner, Heather, and she was so nice!!!!

Perfect location

The condo is in a perfect location on the beach and near to the beach cafe. Easy to find and well loved and looked after accommodation - really felt like a home from home. Would love to stay in this property again if we visit Anna Maria Island again.

Hidden Treasure

I had a great stay (again!) in AMI. Sandy Cheeks is such a nice treasure of a place to stay in. You can't beat the location - steps away from the beach and a nice quiet neighborhood. Very convenient to shops and Publix. Cooper and Heather did a wonderful job decorating and making a comfy beach house for their guests.

Excellent accommodations!

This property was perfect for our vacation. We shared the property with some good friends, and we all had fun exploring the Island. There were excellent dining and shopping options, and of course we enjoyed the beach. This property was clean, accommodating, updated and a stones throw from the beach. We highly recommend this property to anyone thinking of vacationing on Anna Maria Island.

Comfy Condo Steps from Beach

The condo was steps from the beach, came very well equipped, very comfortable living room furniture. Storage area with beach chairs wagon made daily beach trip easy. Small heated pool. This area of Holmes beach is beautiful & quiet. Would defiantly stay again.

Great location! Place was spotless!

This condo was the perfect size for our family of four (2 adults, 2 teens). The place has a great beach vibe with lots of colorful ocean decor. The beds were comfortable and the master shower is huge. The washer and dryer were pristine and the kitchen has every amenity needed. The beach is a 1 minute walk from the unit and pharmacies, dining, grocery stores and souvenir shops are just a 5 minute drive away.

Wonderful stay!

Beautiful unit! Clean, close to the beach, well-appointed. Couldn’t ask for more! Our dealings with the owners were great. They refunded our money for our spring visit that was cancelled due to the pandemic. We rebooked for the fall, and we were so happy we did. We’ll be back!

Best Location in Holmes Beach

Beautiful, clean unit in the best area of Holmes Beach. Close to the beach and the shopping center and grocery. Unit is perfect for families and even had a high chair to use. Nice dining table that seats six and plenty of seating to watch movies in the evening. Would return without hesitation. Decorated with great artwork from local artists.

Absolutely amazing!

Love it! Stayed at the condo for our vacation in June. The description of the apartment and area was spot on. The apartment is very clean and it had all the amenities that you needed, right on the beach and centrally located to Publix and restaurants. I will definitely be returning in the future.

Great unit right on the beach with access to a nice/quiet pool. Condo was clean and equipped with everything listed on the site. When we needed to contact the owner (looking for the locker key or updated code to get in) it was very easy.

Absolute zero complaints about this condo! Very accommodating and clean! Updated and spacious. Master bedroom bed was amazingly comfortable which is a huge deal when stay for two weeks (or even 1 wk). So close to the beach! We were there for Christmas and Santa came, we also rang in the New Year!! Loads of great memories were made! We will definitely be back!

Well situated Beach condo

The condo was perfect for our family of 4. Very close access to the beach and ocean views made the week enjoyable. The condo itself is well appointed with everything you may need for a family. Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space but still quaint enough we were forced to spend time together as a family. (Anyone with teenagers will know what I mean.) It is a third story walk up, so anyone mobility issues would have a problem with access.

Just as good 2nd time around!

This is our second time staying at Kim and Joe's condo, and it was lovely. If I had to complain, it would only be that the Moulin Rouge puzzle in the room is short 3 pieces, ha! The master bed is the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in and always ask my husband to buy a bed like that one! Do yourself a favor and visit this beautiful place right on the beach! Major plus that the foliage had been cut back sometime since our last stay, and you can now see the ocean from the lanai.

Exceptional

I loved this place. From the moment I walked in, I really felt a sense of calm. This second-floor 2 bedroom condo is in a quiet 8 unit building. The extreme cleanliness and updated soft beach decor add to the serene. There is a peekaboo view of the ocean from the lanai, but the most spectacular unobstructed ocean view is from the roof-top deck, which is one flight up. The owners were very responsive to our reservation request and any inquiries- very easy to work with. This condo has everything one would need for an extended stay and I can't wait to go back.

Great Experience!

We had a great week at this condo! We typically had the pool to ourselves because of the small amount of units within the two buildings, which my 5 year old loved! The view was great. The rooftop was super cool - which is where we watched the July 4th fireworks from! The unit was clean and homey! We appreciated the closet on the ground floor full of beach stuff - chairs, wagon, toys, etc as well as the closeness of the unit to the beach - literally just steps! It was easy enough to run back if you forgot something! We would definitely come back!

Roofing going on at our stay

We absolutely love this location, we have stayed 2 other yrs.That being said,the roof was being replaced it was loud at 615 am every morning, dirty, no parking under unit and finding many nails in the pool, for days,after...we hosted our parents, from NY and was embarrassed that they had to stay at a construction site...we have many pics for you.We believe we should get a refund for the first weeks rental, because of the mess, noise and inconvenience, please respond to get to a solution. Thank you

beautiful condo, great location

The condo is beautiful and is in the perfect location. The keyless entry was great and we enjoyed the close proximity to the beach. The condo was clean although the master bedroom was very dusty. We enjoyed having coffee on the lanai in the mornings and liked the convenience of the washer and dryer out there. The kitchen is fully equipped should you want to cook and there is plenty of room for a family to stay here comfortably for a week. Both bedrooms and both bathrooms were a nice size, not cramped at all with ample closet space. The beach locker on the ground floor was great to store our beach chairs in that we brought with us although the locker had plenty of chairs, umbrellas, and beach items from the host. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely hope to be back soon.
