Let's start at the front of the house. Driveway can fit 4 vehicles easily. (Max vehicles allowed is 5)

As we get to the front door, guests will let themselves in by punching in the 4 digit code they personally chose for the smart lock.

Entering the home, directly in front of you is stairs leading to the 2nd floor. To your right would be the 1st Floor Bedroom. To your left will be the living room and straight ahead will be the hallway leading to the 1st floor bathroom and kitchen. The living room has a 65 inch Roku smart TV, an electric fireplace and shelves with karaoke machine and board games to pass the time or just sit, relax and catch a vibe with friends and family.

From the living room you can see the HUGE dining table with seating for 8 but could fit 10.

From the dining room you can see the kitchen with a huge island with 4 stools. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials to cook with including seasoning. We provide K-Cups of Coffee and tea in tea bags. We do not provide any liquid creamers since we don't want guests sharing that. We do provide Splenda and Cane Sugar packets. In the kitchen there is a door that's labeled Game Room which leads to the Game Room downstairs but we'll get to that later. There's also a locked door in the kitchen leading to the garage and that is for employees only. Also by the kitchen is the door leading to the backyard but we'll get back to that as well.

From the kitchen to the hallway, to your right is the 1st floor bathroom with a stand up shower and toiletries. The toilet is a modern toilet with auto flush. Shampoo and body wash also provided by us.

Lastly on the first floor is the first floor bedroom. It has recess lights, LED lights, AC/Heater split unit, thermostat, Smart TV and Queen size memory foam mattress.

Time to make our way upstairs. When upstairs let's make a right and go all the way to the Loft Room. This room has a Ac/Heat split unit, Projector and screen with Roku stick and a Queen size memory foam mattress.

Coming out of the loft room, first bedroom to your left will be another bedroom which we call The Orange Room because of the color of the accent wall and it has an AC/Heat split unit, thermostat, Smart TV, LED and recess lighting and a Queen size memory foam mattress.

Making our way out the orange room, let's make a left and the first room to your right will be another bedroom we call The Navy Room because of the color of the accent wall and it has an AC/Heat split unit, thermostat, Smart TV, LED and recess lighting and a Queen size memory foam mattress.

Stepping out of The Navy Room let's make a right and first door to your left will be the 2nd Floor common bathroom. It is a full bathroom with bath/tub combo, auto flush toilet and toiletries and shampoo/body wash is provided by us.

Coming out the common bathroom directly across a bit to the left is another bedroom and we call it The Green Room because of the color of the accent wall and it has an AC/Heat split unit, thermostat, Smart TV, LED and recess lighting and a Queen size memory foam mattress.

Lastly, coming out The Green Room when you make a right is the master bedroom with its own private bathroom and walk in closet. The bathroom is a full bathroom with bath/tub combo, LED mirror, auto flush toilet, toiletries and shampoo/body wash is provided by us. The Master Bedroom has an AC/Heat split unit, thermostat, Smart TV, LED and recess lighting and a King size memory foam mattress.

Let's go back downstairs and make our way to the backyard. In the backyard we have a nice hot tub set up with outdoor furniture and gas fire pit with a gas BBQ Grill and picnic table. On the side of the house we also have an electric car charger set up but we ask guests with electric vehicles to inquire with us before using it.

Going back inside the house let's walk downstairs to the game room. The game room is set up with two arcades, a pool table, dart board, fooseball table, poker table with seating for 8, a refrigerator, a Futon and Smart TV. The basement is heated by using the wall heater we have installed.

We are 5-15 minutes away from many attractions such as Tobyhanna State Park, Kalahari Waterpark and the Premium Outlets.

This is a gated community and no street parking is allowed.

You will have free access to Dresser Lake in the community. There is also a nice lake beach in Tobyhanna State Park which is also free access and they have canoe and rowboat rentals. You can also bring your own kayak if you prefer.
