We had a great time in Rome. Her place is in the best location walking distance to all attractions. Coffee shops and restaurants all nearby. The restaurant at the ground level of the apartment is wonderful. It has a small kitchen but we never used it. This place is also walking distance to the train station. I would have given 5 stars but it does need a little updating but it is really clean. That being said it is a great place for a home base while in Rome. Would definitely stay again.

The host is fantastic - communicative and very helpful. We were so pleased to stay in this suite again! We are also happy that there are now a few excellent restaurants a couple of steps away, and that the neighborhood feels even more safe and friendly than ever. The balcony is a real treat - late at night when the family has gone to bed. A full fridge and freezer are appreciated! Close to transportation lines for easy access all over Rome!

I traveled with my wife and two daughters to Rome. The location description and Daniela was great. She went out of her way to book a transfer from the airport to her flat. I would highly recommend.

The flat is clean and the balcony is a huge plus! Location is convenient walking distance to the colosseum, there’s a nearby supermarket, Termini and local metro is close, Roma termini terminal is walking distance about 10-15mins as long as you know the street easy to find if you use a google map. The flat is surprisingly large offering ample square feet/meters.

Great location close to the metro and walking distance to Roma Termini central train station! Easy access to main Rome attractions. Daniela was responsive and check in process was smooth. Quiet area with great restaurants all around. Our family loved it - we recommend!

Host was great, for a family of 4 it was perfect. Kitchen, washing machine, good beds. Close to metro stop, grocery stores, good restaraunts, and walking distance to the Coloseum. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing host and property. I messaged her a lot and she always responded timely no matter how dumb the question. As for the property, I know others have said they felt unsafe well I couldn’t disagree more. It’s a big city, you will see things that might make you feel uncomfortable but at no point did I ever feel unsafe around the property (or anywhere in Roma).

I really enjoyed my stay here. The location was fantastic—close to all the major sights but still in a real, local neighborhood. The place was clean and comfortable, and I slept well. Breakfast on the balcony was a highlight, and the owners were incredibly kind and helpful. A great spot for exploring Rome!

Perfect location if the Coliseum is your main attraction. Also very close to many other great sites and the train station and metro. Great communication from the host. Great neighborhood with plenty of restaurants and shops.

This 4th floor apartment is in a great location and has a balcony that is large enough for 2 people to enjoy a glass of wine. From my research and in my opinion, this property is worth every penny. It’s tired and funky decor is not unusual for Rome. However, renters need to keep an open mind when. The apartment is a great place for a couple. Any more occupants than two would not be the best. We would stay at this apartment again. Daniela is a great host and communicator.

The flat is situated in the historical centre, 5 min by walk from the Coliseum, in the heart of the city, where you can visiting most historical sites of Rome either walking or using the public transport. All major bus, underground and tourist bus routes are off the door. 5 minutes of walks from Domus Aurea, between the Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore and St. john in Lateran. . At 900 mt there is the principal train station 'Termini' (where arrive and leave the train from/to international airport of Fiumicino). At 100 mt there is the subway stop "Vittorio Emanuele". Here you can find everything, bus, taxis, restaurants, pubs, bar, pizzeria, ice cream parlour, theatres and cinemas.
